Worked great for my work trip, only issues I had was the key kept not working had to have it redone 3 times

Room was big and nice, but arcade is pointless big room like 4 machines water park area was ok but very very crowded and pool wasn't very warm for being an indoor pool and restaurant inside was not very good for price

Facility was SO loud, staff was very disgruntled

Just there for an overnight before airport next day. Happy with room and attached bar and restaurant. Great service both places.

The staff was wonderful. Michelle at the front desk was so helpful, kind, and patient. She was great! My only issues were cleanliness; the dirty sheets on the pull out bed, the cloudy pool water full of floaties, and the potential cockroach in our room (I took a pic if someone wants to verify?). Overall though, my kids had a great time, the staff was wonderful, and i’m very understanding about how some cleaning things can be accidentally forgotten.

I was in a room next to 2 dogs barking for hours. Rules are pet friendly hotel states dogs must not be left alone. The owner of the dogs left the 2 dogs alone to bark. They did not evict the owner for breaking the rules theu moved him to another location within hotel that is wrong. He should have been convicted

Had a great time here for a little family staycation! The rooms are very clean and beds and bedding very comfortable! We enjoyed the pool area however, it was overly crowded with very little seating for people. There were no towels available. I understand a weekend is busy but it was too crowded, not safe.

They stated parking was $15 however when scan the QR code it was $50 per day. Our water was also discolored in the room that came out of the faucet. The staff were very friendly and willing to help and the waterpark was clean and taken care of. Would visit again.

It was all good until my wife seen a Roach and then tools for the light had some issues with them

It was great. The person behind the desk checking us in was friendly and quick. It was quiet and we were close to a lot of activities

Got in late, parked up front where the parking is free right by the front. The staff was super friendly. Bringing our small dog was no problem.

Nice stay with kids for small indoor waterpark attraction

Not a good stay! Waited outside in -8 degree weather for 2 minutes for them to open the door for us. Get to our room and turn on bathroom light and the floor has not been swept or vacuumed since who knows when. Try to log onto WiFi. Put my name in and room # and it said it was incorrect. In the morning toilet stopped flushing. And water from the window was leaking all over the floor on that side.

Dirty. Toilet didn’t work. Water leaking from ceiling in bathroom. Restaurant staff was horrible and food was nasty
