The air conditioner does not work and when I asked about it at the front desk they said every room was booked and there was nothing they could do. I had to ask for a fan but it hardly helped. I think for the money I spent I should get a discount or a free night compensated

The people at the welcome desk were very accommodating as we wanted to check in early, and helped us with a request for additional bedding. A

The sofa was broken , sit on it and you sank in. The toilet was made for a short person, hard to get up. They were working out front and my room was above the workk site. Screen was broken on the screen door No light above coffee maker and microwave No sink had to go into bathroom for watet. ROOM 326 SUCKED FOR THE MONEY I PAID.

We stay at several hotels throughout the year. This is one of our favorites. The staff is always friendly and the hotel is always clean.

Was a bit disappointed to discover no microwave in the room. And further disappointed that one of the duel shower heads in the shower was not functioning. Overall good experience and would be willing to return.

Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Common areas are clean. Everything was in working order. The laundry area is convenient, clean and did it's purpose. The staff is amazing and friendly. We love pool area. It's clean and spacious. The whirl pool is awesome for relaxing. Breakfast staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was great and had a lot of options. We really so enjoy this hotel.

Could not get a hold of staff during the night

We had a great stay here during our trip to visit family for Thanksgiving! Very nice indoor pool and fitness center. The beds were comfy too! The breakfast was not very good in the Michigan cafe but their are many good dining options nearby. The hotel was very dark and needed some updates but was kept clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I wish they had complimentary water and hot coffee available in the lobby for guests. They had coffee in hotel store but it was only made once a day and very cold/old by the afternoon. Overall, it was a good place and would stay again for future trips.

Did not sleep well due to improperly hung window coverings. Big gap allowing the parking lot light to shine directly on the pillow and then the sun having the same affects in the morning. To get anykind of sleep had to sleep at tbe foot end of the bed.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Loved everything about this hotel! It was clean, staff was more than accommodating and the property is just beautiful!

Disgusting- shower head blew off - they had to know it needed servicing but they decided to rent it anyway. Had an important business meeting but could not shower.

Nice hotel with bar and restaurant on site. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel looked nice overall.
