very clean and nice staff

Make sure you know that the fitness center and the Point Loma Cafe are on property

Great location and the whole staff was wonderful. Only bad point was that Hotels.com said that breakfast was included. Breakfast was in fact, NOT included.

I'll start with the check-in process. There were no rooms available and the check in clerk said they would be one ready in 1/2 hour. We waited 1/2 hour and then she said it would be ready in 1/2 hour. I told her that there can't be just one room in the hotel. She did nothing. Fortunately, another clerk overheard and found us a room. Very poor customer service, never even a "sorry this happened". Then the "tower" was under major construction all through the first floor...dusty, confusing, doors locked, very inconvenient. Never even a possible concession "meal voucher", "room rate reduction", nothing. Again poor customer service. The room itself was reasonable, but not above par. Had to request towels one day, changed coffee maker the next day, not enough seating, just average at best. I also stayed at a Pittsburgh base HI Express and it was average to poor at best. That review will follow. So suffice it to say HI Express did not delight us on this trip.

El lugar, la atencion de la recepcionista, todo estuvo muy bien, solo si tienes el sueño muy ligero, puede llegar a molestar el ruido de los aviones ya que el aeropuerto está muy cerca. Incluso el restaurante muy rico.

Beautiful property with great staff. The on-sight restaurant really exceeded our expectations-had breakfast and dinner there over the course of our stay and food and service were excellent.

It was great. Airport shuttle picked us up and brought us back no problem. Very convenient.

Front desk staff extremely nice and accommodating! Easy and quick check in. Property is slightly old, room has a partial humidity smell ..

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Very quiet all of the day and night. The front office staff and Especially transportation staff were very accommodating. They took us to some of our tourist's places and also picked us up after we were finished. The only part that we didn't like was the fact that we had to go to Queen size beds in order to have the walk-in shower.

Comfortable Beds, extremely attentive and kind staff (had a room at first which smelled like someone smoked in there - gave us a new one immediately), restaurants and harbour in walkable distance, airport transfer worked well. Would stay again.

Had a good dinner in the bar while watching the Lions beat Minnesota in football. It was all good..

Great location for early morning trip to airport. Complimentary shuttle. We were in the older building but it was clean and a good bed.

Shuttle service should have set times and more availability to reserve as well as being available on demand.

Rooms are good. Shuttle is very convenient.

The ground while exiting the parking gate needs to be checked and fixed. It can scrape the bumper of a sedan car. On a positive note, the reception staff were very kind and we love that there is a free shuttle to the airport which is very convenient.
