Comfortable

Hotel was in a great location, walking distance to the main areas you want to be around in Savannah. Parking upon check-in was a bit of a cluster. Pre paid the valet parking but when we went to check in one valet agent was telling people there were no more spots available. Eventually got it sorted out because a 2nd valet advised the hotel still had plenty of spots. Was a little frustrating after a long drive so not certain if the first valet was just not wanting to park vehicles or why we were initially told this.

Walking distance

Check in process was painful. Check in time was listed at 4 pm. We were in there at 3:45 after driving for 3 hours. We were told that room was not ready and we need to wait. I thought the wait would only be “for a few minutes.” But turned out to be an hour and a half later. It was around 5:30 pm when we got our keys. Several people, who arrived later than us, received their keys as they were checking in. I ask the front desk lady 3x if our room was ready and she kept saying she’ll check on it. She was the only one there. The room was not even clean! Looks rushed. There were crumbs on the floor and the furniture. This was the worse check in process we have to endure. Not very impressed at all. You should not advertise your check in time at 4 pm if you can’t deliver on time! We had to modify our plans because of the delay.

Breakfast for $15.95??? I've had MUCH better continental offerings for FREE at other stays, and it was rarely out and ready on time. Room was only serviced 1 time over a 4 day stay.

Pillow cases and blinds had stains

Everything was very nice, clean and comfortable.

No parking unless you wanna pay a valet fee of $45 good luck trying to find parking in the street if you check in after 5 PM it’s all gone. Bathroom sink. Sprayed water everywhere when it was on.

I liked the location. Parking too expensive.

The receptionist.. didn’t explain why she needed my Id when my husband used his card and identified. She just instanced. Also they when we filtered parking it didn’t come up as an extra fee. I had a hotel which included parking for the same rate!! Also no food on site in evening.. very disappointing

Breakfast and staff were great. Hotel is a little dated but location is good.

Stay at the Holiday Inn two blocks away. This one is old, horrible food, and staff were not kind

convenient to riverfront

Location is adjacent to Historic Savannah but the parking lot is full of broken glass and costs $38/night with NO security, and the only other option is Valet only for $45/night! Outrageous for a dirty, outdated hotel with small cramped rooms and narrow hallways. Everything about this hotel screams “ick”.

Worst and ever. I went their at 3:45 pm for check out, room was not ready. I book for King bed, they gave me queen bed. I paid breakfast when I book at Hotels.com. They charge me the breakfast. After stay, I called them and they refund the breakfast. Their customer service is 0. Representative was not professional, emotional and not even say bye or Thank you at end of call. Never return again, Not recommend to anyone.
