This is easily the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed in my entire life. And I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels. This place was completely CATFISH, from the Expedia photos. Every piece of furniture in the room is old, battered, moldy, the were filthy, the smell was so bad, bathroom sink cracks on it, parking is $40 a day (they don’t tell you that when u book) and right outside are homeless tents, on top of that, Expedia nor the hotel allowed me cancel and get a refund the second I checked in and told them the hotel wasn’t up to par! NEVER STAY HERE!

This hotel was absolutely one of the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I highly recommend looking at a different hotel to stay at, although the only good thing about this place are the staff everything else stinks litterly.

They charge for parking $35 even if you have a reservation. It's says free breakfast, but they charge for everything.

They didn't return my $100 usd of security guarantee.

Like the secure Parking

The hotel is great, but some of the room amenities are horrendous, I understand it’s an old building and some the aesthetics are supposed to be preserved however, the tv was 20 years old, not even HDMI cable option. It had some sort of adapter to access internet however it was also limited, and out of the 99 channels only 50 worked, half of them were telemarketing, the 20 of them were for some reason Asian shows and only 5 local channels. The rooms were nicely decorated, I felt like a movie star from the 80s, however the bed sounded with every little move I did, and the walls were paper thin. You could literally hear the next room coughing or flushing the toilet. And if you wanted to rest and sleep in, that’s not an option you can hear how every door opens and bang upon closing it. Other thing I found ridiculous was parking, $35 parking, when the prices are already high and also no breakfast included. Nice hotel, but not a pleasant experience.

there was no light bulb in our room and the few lamps were either broken or so dim we couldn't see anything. Impossible to get ready or eat or see what was in my suitcase

Charming hotel that was clean and easy location near the local sites. The food in the bistro was delicious but was understaffed and took forever to get our breakfast. The staff was incredibly nice all around though.

Ok but not happy with the price . Very old . Toilet 🚽 smells bad .

When we first arrive at the room, the floor was dirty, there were white tiny hairs all over the floor. Our stay was fine and the staff were nice until our last day at the property. We did not have parking and we wanted to purchase parking permit like we did on first day. We came at gate and told our room number and said we want to pay for parking inside at front desk but staff on call rudely said we need to come inside first pay and park. We had to find street parking again and was not easy to find at all. We came inside the hotel and there was no one at the front desk and same rude staff came in and we asked if we can do street parking at the front of hotel and since it was sunday we are allowed to park till 8am. But he said he do not know with attitude. We had take out food and decided to eat in the small outdoor area which is cozy and nice. When we were about to eat our food, the same staff came and told us we are not allowed to eat as the area is closed and it was around 11pm at that time. There were no sign or symbol that area is closed. We were so frustrated because we stayed there for three days. First two nights were good, staff were nice but on last day staff was very rude.
