Property is old and telephone set is out of order.

I recommend you this hotel firmly. This hotel produces free wi-fi, free self-parking, free breakfast and reasonable price. Room is bigger than what you think or see on relevant homepage's photo of room. Cleaness is also good.

Terrible hotel. I would never stay there again. I read mixed reviews online before going and I must tell that all the bad reviews were accurate. I decided to give it a try, trusting that it’s a Hilton related brand but that hotel is an embarrassment to the Hiltons! The room was dirty, carpet had a bunch of stains, the sliding glass door in the shower was loose so it came off like 3 times, the tub was stained with a grayish color the beds had small hairs on it so I’m not sure how clean the sheets were, kitchen had some really old cabinets and the refrigerator was full of rust stain that made it look dirty. In addition, the pull out couch was in such a bad shape that one corner was sinking. Luckily we had an air mattress that we could use. I wish I could upload pictures because I took them to document it. To top it off, there were not enough towels in the room and when I went to the office, in the evening, to get more and the attendant told me that he only had one towel and I needed to ask the room cleaner for more in the morning….great uh? I can’t not explain how crappy this hotel is…and it was not cheap! I understand it was the holiday and I got a 2 bedroom suite because we are 7, but ended up paying almost $600 for 2 nights. I would never stay there again!

A internet não funcionava, as louças estavam sujas com resto de comida, o banheiro com pelo e cabelo, além da água quente que acaba com rapidez( então não demore no banho de banheira) Café da manhã gostoso. Recomendamos a acomodação para quem precisa ir a Galeria Teatro Cobb . Estacionamento de fácil acesso, porém pago como informado no site ( U$d10/dia).

Excelente custo-benefício, staff atencioso, cama confortável e café da manhã variado. A funcionária Debra sempre gentil e sorridente. Bem pertinho do Cobb Energy Centre, pra assistir Atlanta’s Ballet Nutcracker! Vou voltar sempre!

The staff was super friendly and although the room was clean, there was a smell in the room with numerous gruesome stains in the carpet and furniture.

The property needs some updating. There were several small issues with the room that needed attention.

Mercedes at front desk is the definition of customer service. Even do she was by her self on Thanksgiving day .

Our first room has not been cleaned, there were no towels, pieces of trash were on the floor, and there was a huge black garbage bag full of garbage in the room. There was also a nasty smell and the furniture looked old and worn out. Nothing looked like the condition of the website photos. They moved us. Middle of night. 2nd room, looked better but when we woke up the next morning, we discovered blood stains on some of the sheets and a huge stack of dirty towels with old blood on them in the bathroom. We were told it woukd be cleaned by the time we got back. It wasnt. They moved our room again, late night again. 3rd room was like the website pics. Bed was okay but we were tired. The breakfast was tasteless and the grapes were spoiled. We were here 3 nights. We alaso had our heat set to 75 and could feel the cold seeping in through the windows as if they were open. Morning of checkout, there's a fire marshall paper on the door stating the fire alarms and sprinklers are not operational in the whole building. The front desk clerk, Mercedes, was very helpful and reached out to the GM about everything but the GM did not look into any of it. They gave us some comped snacks and drinks, and took $50 off our stay. I would not stay here again. Some of the rooms are gross and in need of repairs and updating. They need new cleaning staff. Parking is hard to find. This is a very low budget hotel with a Hilton name tag to justify the price. Stay in the rooms closest to the office.

It was pleasant

This hotel was great. Staff at the front desk was kind and accommodating to all of my needs. I will be back soon and can’t wait to stay here again.

first room it is 29degrees outside and the heat did not work and a repair person was not available. This room also had broken doors, drawers, and the base of the hallway stairs (only way in and out) was dirty and crowded by a utility cart at the bottom. The night Mgr moved us to a second room, again no heat and now colder outside. Then much later that night, she moved us to a third room with heat,but the room had broken drawers and cockroaches in the bath tub. The overall appearance was highly worn out property both inside and outside. We have eliminated it from future possible stays because newer properties are available at the same price. Good Bye Hilton!

would love for parking area for check in. you have to put your car in the fire lanes while checking in.

It was a great place to stay. Very spacious, unique, affortable and clean. I would definitely stay again.

Very well located with restaurants near by. Each room has kitchen! Great breakfast. I had a clogged toilet and I had it cleared in about an hour. Everyone was curious and kind. I'll be back!

Were able to park our truck in a secure lot onsite. Rooms were good. Location was good.

The property was in a good location. The first room we had the toilet didn't flush properly. The 2nd room the a/c didn't keep the room cool. The ceiling fan only worked on 1 speed and was shaky like it was going to fall off the ceiling.

The staff was really nice!
