We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo. The front desk staff and valet gentleman were super friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and we had a nice view of the lake. Close to the downtown restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

Rooms with view have some road noise.
Have to use valet parking as limited off road options.

Property looks great, however the smell of raw sewage was so strong. We were immediately moved rooms which I appreciated but the very strong smell gave me such a headache. Staff was friendly, I’m not sure if there’s a plumbing issue or what’s going on but it’s too bad.

Other than being given a room overlooking the hotel entrance carport, on a night which the hotel appeared to have many waterfront rooms empty, the stay was good.

Staff was friendly, until check out. Concierge couldn’t care less to assist with the luggage after he brought the car from valet parking. Hotel force one to valet park although there are plenty of space in front of the hotel to park.

Rooftop patio was closed for the season after being told it would be available for use. Bathroom door would not stay closed and staff did zero to resolve.

We used the valet and it was returned with a scuff mark on the paint on the rear passenger side and have not had any correspondence back from the hotel after sending an email???
Stay was great other than the damage to car and no response?
