I loved this place! Will be back

Pros: Beautiful new property. Very clean, helpful staff, very nice breakfast buffet with ample seating. Cons: TV kept defaulting to streaming so it was difficult to just watch local channels. We had to check out early due to a weather related flight change and the hotel refused to refund us for the early check out. Due to this we will not stay at property again.

Great location in Fishers with tons of dining options in a street-style Galleria model. The hotel was clean and in good shape, and the desk help was solid. The room was clean, bathroom situation was a plus. The King bed was comfortable and cozy. The thermostat and TV situation were lacking. If you wanted to cool the room down you had to turn off the thermostat or AC would blow in. The remote for the TV turned off when scrolling through channels.

This hotel has suites with full kitchen that are amazing and well designed.

Very nice place to stay while visiting relatives for the holidays. Our only complaint was that the coffee (in-room and at the breakfast buffet) was very low quality.

Reception gave me both the wrong key and wrong room number. Very poor welcome. Nice facility though.

Staff were great, hotel in wonderful condition, reasonable price for location.

Really nice updated hotel. Staff was awesome, the hotel bar was great, really nice lobby and the location in the middle of the entertainment district was too notch!

I had to move rooms 3 times because the room did not have HOT water. Then they charged me for a local phonecall I did not make!

Always our favorite place to stay

We booked a "two queen beds" room and when we got up to the room we found we were put into a room with a king bed and pull out sofa bed. Went and talked to the front desk clerk and she said since they are fully booked and we went through a third party that this can happen. Said they can switch you to a equivalent or upgrade room. So they claimed it was an upgraded room just because it has a king sized bed and a bedroom door. But that meant someone was going to have to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. This is very rude and frustrating. I had this room booked three weeks beforehand and no courtesy call asking if we would be willing to switch or notifying us of a change even. I picked the room specifically so no one was having to sleep uncomfortably.

This hotel is in the epicenter of everything nice which was great for us. Very clean, very organized. Very nice hotel.
