I checked in my 1st room was unusually hot. A fan was in the room due to the temperature. I was moved into another room and it was cooler, but not completely comfortable. I've been in other properties and the height of the floors do not make a difference in the temperature where it's holding at 10 degrees higher than the thermostat.

Didn't like the parking garage because of having to use a QR code instead of a ticket. Was very confusing!

The hotel elevator were awesome, and fast. Great views from suite and elevators. Access to elevators and room efficient. Valet parking attendant was respectful and attentive to your car. Assisted with the baggage- check in (Antonio). Clocks in the room displayed incorrect. Wall paper pealing off the walls. Rm 1024

Needs upgrading… bathroom was clean but the walls looked kind of mildewy and the wallpaper was peeling… carpets seem old and it was just kind of average at best. Staff friendly - not sure I’d stay there Again tho. As there are other options in the harbor area

The hotel itself is very nice. However, upon checking in, the AC was set to 80°. This was at 3:30pm. I set the AC to 68°. The AC seemed to run for 10-15 seconds, turn off for 30-45 seconds and then run again for 10-15 seconds. This continued during our one night stay. We left to see an O’s game and returned to the room around 11:15pm. The room only cooled to 72° in those nearly 8 hours. One other thing, they have a typical breakfast buffet, nothing special. The servers weren’t very attentive. Then the shocker, when the bill came. This breakfast buffet for two people, with included 18% gratuity, was $74. That’s outrageous for the service and food provided.

The property was clean and close to Camden yards. We were in town to see a couple games. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The location was pretty close to numerous dining options. Overall would stay again had no issues.

I would say this was a decent hotel, with a lot of potential. It's in the perfect location in Baltimore, but the service was lacking a bit. Upon check-in, I requested a quiet room (which I do everywhere) and the front desk told me there was no way they could assess that. So we were placed in a room facing the pool where the DJ was playing for several hours. Then the room air conditioning and faucet wasn't working, and when I reported it, the front desk was not at all apologetic, just took notes and has someone fix the issues. The individual who fixed the issues was kind. The food at Grille620 was not great and I would not return. Finally, the parking is tricky as you have to keep your ticket and scan a QR code, and the front desk did not explain that clearly so I was stuck on the way out. The parking attendant was helpful, however.

Our room was overbooked because we booked through a third party site. We were comped with breakfast. But the double room was dirty, mainly the bathroom. The shower water heat didn’t work very well, the bathroom door didn’t close properly, it was a bit dirty. Then the water stopped draining in the bathtub. The bed mattress was very soft and uneven. I’m pretty light and kept sinking into the bed so it was uncomfortable to sleep. The walls are thin so we heard a lot of guests through the walls and a lot of plumbing sounds. The location was good, close to everything. Would not stay here again.

Mold in the shower. Extra charges on the card.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly. The location was convenient and walkable to activities we were interested in.

Parking attendant rude - room we reserved was not available - shower caulk was missing and moldy - sink large crack - overall disappointed

Only reason for non perfect rating is the ac in our room was very weak and did not cool the room like it should. Staff was very respectful and comped us for the issue

Didn't have my room i reserved a month in advance. Only wanted the view but got no view.

Was told we could not have two travel cribs in the room which made things very difficult when it came time to put my little ones to bed. If I’d know that I would have brought my own pack n plays
