인터컨티넨탈 호텔 뉴올리언스, IHG 호텔

My wife and I love the Intercontinental. When ever we stay in New Orleans we try and book the intercontinental. The location is convenient to walk to most of the local attractions but the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very nice.

Restaurants bars vibe .. didn’t like the parking

The AC turns on with a loud noise. TV is old and not a smart TV. I think $7.25 for a bottle of water is a bit excessive.

Overall great stay. Opportunity with room cleanliness however great location !! Within walking distance of all the night life but far away enough to enjoy the peace of the city.

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any request. The room was spotless and very relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Will definitely recommend.

Excelente estadia , desde a recepção. O Early check -In foi feito sem problemas. O Sr que leva as malas é uma simpatia . A única Tudo funcionou muito bem , confortavelmente bem localizado , sem estar no burburinho porém perto de tudo . Sugestão de melhoria é ter travesseiros mais baixos , e o café da manhã poderia ter um pouco mais de opções pelo padrão do hotel . No mais , tudo excelente

Everything was great and the staff were great until the day of check out. I was in my room fortunately with the door locked and latched and the do not disturb sign on the door. A woman keyed into my room accompanied by another man. The door latch was the only thing that stopped them from entering. When I contacted the hotel manager about the situation it was brushed off. I contacted IHG regarding this, but was informed every IHG has their own management who deal with property as they choose. Very scary and disappointing end to an otherwise great stay. Be careful.

Just Old smell everywhere. Room is ok, but smells like old wet dog. Limited dining availability.

Everyone was so friendly. We were able to check in early which is SUCH a great thing! They even brought a crib up to my room so that my granddaughter could have a nap before her flight hours later. It was a lifesaver! No questions asked about whether the baby was staying the night (she wasn't). It was just above and beyond. The bar is lovely, Vonnie the bartender was so sweet! It was just a wonderful experience all around.

Just left after our second stay at this property and I would absolutely choose it again. The Intercontinental is charming with a pleasant helpful staff. Easy to walk to Canal St, Jackson Square, the Superdome and Trolley Stop. Comfortable beds too.

Property is nice, the only downside is the traffic in the drop off area, they need a better solution to decrease traffic in that area
