Kasa Frisco Bridges Dallas

Kasa was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. It definitely felt like a home away from home. All we needed to get outside of what was offered at Kasa was our own food. I would stay here again if I come back to this area. I stayed with my wife and 8 month old.

Simple and clean furnishings in the unit. We were comfortable with everything inside the unit and appreciated the easy and prompt communication. Will definitely stay with Kasa again. The unit is part of a large apartment community so navigating the parking lot took some time initially but it was fine after that. The only possible downside to our stay was external to the unit. We had a noisy night the first night with loud music from the unit above us. The rest of our stay was quiet and homely.

Spacious apartment. All the amenities I needed were on hand and easy to operate. Bed was especially comfortable. Covered parking and the entire walk to the apartment. Nice as it was pouring rain.

On the whole it is a good place to stay if u are a family, shopping is very convenient as a lot of shops around the community within a walking distance.

The room was filthy with bugs and dirt. The door to get into the hotel from the garage was taped open so anyone count get in. I tried to talk to customer service to get my money back but they refused to refund me. I had to leave 30 mins after I arrived and book a hotel somewhere else.

Great stay, would stay there again. Very clean and the response when need ing help was very fast. Price was good. A little hard to find the unit first day but after that parking was close to the unit. Felt safe and comfortable walking at night.

Near everything, nice, quiet and clean.

Great space for our family to stay while on vacation. Parking in the parking garage was a good perk.would stay there again on our next vacation!

Everything about this property was amazing! It was spacious, clean, and right in the heart of everything. The ammenities were fantastic. Several spacious pools with water levels for my entire family (even a wading pool for my toddler). The in unit washer and dryer was perfect to use to have clean laundry going home. It was close to shopping, dining, and family entertainment. We will definitely stay here again and/or at another KASA location.

Not what you think it is. Finding the unit is basically impossible. Good luck following the directions they give you. Condition of unit is ok, but condition of hallways, etc. is AWFUL. Would not stay here again under any circumstances.

My son was playing in a baseball tournament for over a week. We found the perfect location. It was only about a 20 min drive to each field. The check in was a little rocky because we booked through Expedia, but once they connected us to the Virtual Front Desk it was smooth sailing from there. We will definitely use this location again if we were ever to return. The staff was very friendly and prompt to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Love the parking garage and the amenities were great!!

The apartment was clean and fairly well stocked with household needs…washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hair blower, pots and pans, dishes, utensils. The apartment is noisy. The refrigerator functions were way louder than normal. The door of the apartment had a a wail to it as it opened and closed. The beautiful pool system was in an inner courtyard to the buildings. Noise from pool activity occurred daily, but though our instructions said quiet time was 9pm-8am, many evenings people would congregate after pool hours and have fun, but ignored the quiet time requirements. The best noisy time was at about 9:30 or 10 on Friday and Saturday nights, the Roughriders displayed fireworks for about 7 minutes. The fireworks could be seen from our balcony! We were on the third floor without an elevator. Parking is on the third floor, too, so it wasn’t an issue when driving, but taking the dog for a walk was. Apartment was 1st door inside the hallway from parking lot entrance. Hallways were barren and not that clean. Many outside doors were propped open 24/7. Drivers drove too fast around parking garage corners. We learned to be careful, but finally a parked car was hit and moved 10 feet from impact. Smell of weed was fairly consistent.

For us it was easy access to the apartment and very clean!! We enjoyed staying at this place real quite and relax..

The accommodations felt like a luxury hotel.
