Easy access for whatever i needed

Safe and quiet. Room was beautiful.

On our first day check in was great! Everything after that was lack luster. Our room mirror was dirty with writing that was seen once condensation was present and our remote only worked on 1 tv. The “security” were not attentive and all were on their phones and not attentive. Our vacation was cut short when we were basically bullied by noise to wake up at 7:30a on a Saturday to construction on the floor DIRECTLY above us. Ceiling particles were literally falling on top of us while in bed. Front desk offered to move us but the damage was done. Why put us in a room below a renovation zone?! The breakfast servers were THEE nicest. Other than that, I’d never stay at this property again.

The hotel staff was really nice. Only issue is the front door. There is no bellman at this hotel, and it is makes unloading challenging if you have a lot of things. It's downtown, you have to leave your car go get a cart, blah, blah blah. I did find that annoying checking in and out.

I checked in for NYE with some friends and had the best stay. Our room had two queen beds and two bunk beds and so we were all able to stay together. I was even able to bring my dog who had a lot of fun. The lobby and rooms are beautiful and luxurious.

To be honest, I absolutely love this hotel. I stayed here before, but this time the room was a bit dusty, especially in the bedroom. I had a suite. Telephone was dusty TV area was dusty. There was some type of oil substance coming out of the spa tub and also I had someone call the room phone at midnight the person said hello and then hung upI got a bit nervous so I called the front desk asked if she had called my room she said no do you know someone in the hotel? I responded no and she said well I didn’t call you so that entire night I did not feel comfortable the next day. I spoke with someone at the front desk. I asked if they could trace a call to see where the number was from or if they transferred the call. The man proceeded to say no they don’t have that type of technology so this was very unfortunate for my stay.

Hotel em um prédio histórico lindo e impecável. Banheiros amplos e quartos com muito espaço. Vale muito a pena.

I checked in the hotel for a couple of hours as my flight was delayed until next morning. The woman at the reception was rude and uncouth. Not the best experience!

The room was very dirty with hair and skin flakes in the bed.

Upon entering our room, we noticed that we had no hot water. A quick call to the front desk resulted in a prompt response and we were moved in a matter of minutes. The restaurant at the hotel came highly recommended and we enjoyed a wonderful meal. My advice….order the crab cakes!!! Delicious.

It’s a decent hotel. We weren’t told to go to the 2nd for check in. The room wasn’t super clean. The shower still had used shampoo and conditioner packets and one trash can wasn’t cleaned out.
