보스턴의 물가에 비해 적당한 호텔을 구했다고 생각하고 2일간 투숙을 했는데 체크아웃때 계산서에 Amenity fee를 25달러씩 2일간 계산에 넣은것을 보고 정말 불쾌했다. 가져가는 Amenity도 아니였고 큰 샴푸통에 들어있던 그리고 특별히 주문을 한것도 아닌 Amenity를 50달러를 낸다는게 무척 불쾌습니다

좋은 숙소였습니다. 주변에 둘러볼 곳도 많아서 좋았습니다.

My room was clean and smelled divine. The entire hotel smells great. The bed is so comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

What a terrific hotel. Pretty. Modern. Coveniences. Adorable pop up Christmas bar (but the drinks were overpriced, small and not good). They thought of everything. And everything smelled so good. The sheets. The towels. The bathroom products. We loved it.

Great please and staff

No one cleaned the room. The phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call to ask to have it cleaned and the refrigerator didn’t work either. Not in a good spot….nothing around it

Clean , great location, good bar and restaurant with morning coffee bar!

PROS: Beautifully designed. Amazing shower. Friendly staff. Super close to public transportation. CONS:, Extra soft mattress that gave me a lot of lower back issues. Restaurant is a disaster. Awful menu and limited operating hours.

I didn’t like the fact that when we booked the room we were given one price and we ended up being charged quite an escalated fee

Check in was was smooth. Was able to leave bags at desk before check in and grab a bite to eat. Staff called to let ua know when our room was ready. Room was clean. We had an issue with an electrical outlet in the bathroom as we were getting ready for an event. We let the front desk know on the way out and they offered to fix it right then. Since we were on the way out we said no. First thing in the morning maintenance came up to the room to take care of it. Was nice not haveing to call and remind them. Great service! Breakfast was good at the hotel restaurant. Complimentary glass of wine was a nice surprise. Conveinant location.
