My family and I have traveled all over the world. This has been the best welcoming staff ever. The front desk guys and girls were awesome, super attentive, and actually enjoying their job. Calvin, the Assistant Front Office Manager is welcome to my next Thanksgiving party, he is now my bestie. <3 Everything in this hotel was perfect, the best service, the best location, the best rooms, and the best views. I would give them 6 stars if I could. We will definitely go back. Thank you guys for an awesome holiday vacation!.

The view was amazing! Extra special with all the holiday lights and ice skating in the Common.

Great place in the middle of everything close to shops, restaurants, subway entrances etc. Pros: Great location, modern rooms, quiet and clean rooms, friendly staff. Cons: Not a lot, the only thing that is a minor complain would be that they add one more light fixture to the room since it can get a little dark. Additionally the blackout shutter stopped working our last night. I highly recommend this hotel based on its location, cleanliness and modern fixtures alone.

AKA Boston Common is a fantastic hotel with a sleek, minimalist contemporary design. We stayed in a corner room on a higher floor with stunning views of Boston Common, especially magical when lit up with colorful holiday and New Year lights. The staff was both friendly and professional, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary water at check-in and the wine/champagne happy hour. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean—it felt fresh and modern. This hotel is perfect for enjoying New Year’s festivities like the parade or fireworks at Boston Common, shopping in Downtown Crossing or Beacon Hill, strolling through the park, or catching a theater show. Plus, it’s surrounded by excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Hotel AKA Boston Common. The staff was very friendly from the time we checked-in to the time we checked-out. Our room with two queen beds was very spacious and had a nice view. We were able to walk to all the major attractions and shops. We ended up using the valet parking for a rental car we had and it was very convenient. You just need to text them beforehand and they would have the car ready for you by the time you made it down to the lobby. Highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Boston!

A lovely stay for the holidays. The front desk (Calvin and team) were so kind and welcoming. They even gave our two-year old a beautiful stuffed animal gift. Thank you for giving us a home away from home, and I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel AKA. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Very walkable location.

Toilet kept running. Stains on the bathroom tile in and near shower. Coat hook hanging off wall. Side mirror loose. Back of bathroom door not clean and around the toilet paper dispenser has dirty fingerprints. Sink and mirror clean. Bed was comfy. I thought i read online they didn't do housekeeping unless requested i woke up and let my dog out tall quick and came back to extra towels( we had two on check in) Toilet Paper( we had one roll upon check in) they made our bed. Sounds good but wasn't expecting someone to go in our room in the 30 mins i ran out. We only stayed for two night. On the morning of check in housekeeping was knocking on door at 8am.

My shower never got hot and the service staff was friendly but not as warm and welcoming as places I have stayed
