수압이 약하고 샤워기 헤드가 없는게 불편했습니다 위치나 청결상태는 좋습니다

위치는 좋았어요 바로옆에 소방서가 있어서 밤이 소음이 있었고 숙박인원 4명인데 종이컵 2개만 놔둬서 시정요청했는데 반영되지 않았고 샤워가운 쓰고 바닥에 둔 거 그대로 다시 놔두거나 마지막날에는 샤워가운을 제공하지 않고 배게커버가 바닥에 있는 상태 등 룸 청소가 마음에 들지 않았습니다

타임스퀘어랑 가까운건 좋은데 밤에 너무 시끄러움 수압 약함 깨끗하고 복도에 정수기, 얼음 비치되어 있는건 좋음

Great hotel

뉴욕에서 이렇게 깨끗하고 깔끔한 숙소를 찾기는 힘들것 같아요. 많은 검색과 가격비교 후 선택한 숙소였는데 매우 만족했습니다. 물론 생수나 기본 제공사항은 없었지만, 근처에 편의점이 매우 가깝고 브로드웨이와 타임스퀘어, 지하철역도 가까워서 다니기 정말 편리했습니다. Destination Fee는 하루당 $35입니다. 오전에 무료커피 서비스와 오후 5시 와인이 제공됩니다. 로비부터 매우 향기로워서 뉴욕시내에서는 경험할 수 없는 후각적 만족이 있었어요!

Enjoyed our stay!

Lots of honking and yelling from the streets, but the area was fun and lively and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Great coffee downstairs and a grocery store across the street! Amazing service as well.

Kimpton charges an extra $50 per night after your Expedia price. They claim to offer $20 in laundry services - of course that’s because it’s the least utilized service. This is an old property with broken door handles, cracked tile, you have to ask for more towels even if they are charging form more people. The free coffee is barely drinkable. The elevators don’t go to all the floors and there isn’t signage or a smart system to call an elevator to use for your floor. But … they allow pets. Water pressure was fine. Lobby is spacious and comfortable if you have people wake up at different times.

Great location Room not cleaned one day

Convenient to Times Square, clean and sleek, maybe not up to Kimpton expectations; service was lukewarm, amenities? "out of" bandaids, room coffeemaker, yoga mat. Coffee but no cream in the lobby (only before 9 am), hard to find roof top restaurant which was pretty and did have good food, but dark, drafty clumsy access up staircases beyond the elevator made it mysterious, somewhat inconvenient. Then there was that old banana on the table outside the elevator on our floor.. There when we arrived, and throughout the next day. Part of decor?

Stayed here during MLK weekend with my wife and two pups. The location is awesome, there is a station half a block away and it is right by the Broadway theaters. The room (1 king bed) was small but that is to be expected in Manhattan. I have stayed at other Kimpton hotels as they are a dog-friendly hotel, and I will say that was the only area where I didn’t feel satisfied. I am used to Kimptons having a water bowl in the room, plus giving a treat and other small amenities for pups, but when I told the front desk attendant that I was checking in with a dog, she just gave me a form to fill out. The only other minor issue was the parking situation - it is a separate structure next to the hotel and it is rather hard to access since there is high foot traffic. This may be a Manhattan area issue, though, so I don’t know that they can fix that. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Would recommend for how convenient it is, especially if you’re going to a Broadway show!

Nice hotel and good value. Very convenient to Hamilton theater, Times Square, and Rockefeller Plaza. The neighborhood is busy and noisy but hotel felt safe and peaceful.

Great property similar to other Kimpton Hotels we have recently stayed at.

Our tv was glitching and freezing the entire night and it was pretty upsetting being that I paid $250 to stay there. Our thermostat also wasn’t working and it was so dry in our room the whole night because of the heat blasting and I couldn’t sleep at all. Is there a credit I can get towards the inconvenience?

All the staff members where accommodating, and friendly.

The room was a great size for the price in NYC. It was so close to metro stations and theaters. Perfect location as it was easy to get anywhere. Rooftop bar was lovely and the bartender was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.

Beautiful, conveniently located property. Room was spacious and well-appointed. Free happy hour wine service in the lobby and 16th flr dining/bar was a lovely perk. Elegant and inviting and perfect for our Broadway jaunt in NYC.

It was a wonderful hotel. Very clean. Staff was very kind. The location was perfect for our night out at Wicked and only 10 min or so walk to main restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again!
