Nice place

Needs updating everywhere, room ok but furniture scratched, old bath, shower ok but basin in entrance with no soap! Beds comfy, aircon noisy and of course aircraft noises, windows need better glazing

We have stayed here numerous times but we have never been asked to leave a $50. Deposit before when the room was already paid in full beforehand.

Stay here as it was good price compare to other

Price reasonable but TV and remote didn’t work properly. No phone to call reception or outside. Bath tub didn’t drain well. Snacks sold were unreasonably expensive. No nearby restaurant or fast food.

The room was old, not enough towels, or chairs. And no soaps. Thermostat didn’t work.

It was roaches in my bathroom the front desk moved us to another room it was a roach in there

Our room didn’t have any hand soap. Rooms looked dirty. Towels didn’t even look spotless. Not impressed at all

Shuttle arrived quickly. Easy check in. Room clean. Can hear airplanes but to be expected when we’re this close to airport. Love that shuttle available to cruise port

walking in the lobby smelled of must and unknown unpleasant odors the floors were dirty and sticky

AC no funcionó

This hotel needs serious renovations. Only one light working in the room. The tub was very dirty...see pics ... only 2 two towels were provided. Shower head spray water everywhere but on you. The famously aclaimed breakfast ran out of coffee even tho there were 3 large carafe available of course empty not a drop. Now lets talk about transportation. ..the shuttle is so run down and dirty in and out and the motor or transmission sounds as it was ready to fall off the shuttle The fumes are so bad that Im sure its harmful to humans. The driver keeps the front door closed as he puts passenger s luggage in the back and the shuttle becomes a gas chamber...and we had to scream...laud... to him so he will at least open the front door to allow fresh air in... the ride to the hotel was very scary This shuttle stops at the airport were from Door 7 departures all the way to Door 22 departures one by one to pick guests up...with all this exposure to harmful fumes. We took an Uber for our return ride to airport of course. This should be ilegal. Hotels.com should also be held responsible for the hotels they offer and Wyndham should be ashamed of having their name associated to hotels of this poor quality.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful . Five star service from the staff.

We stayed just one night, the day before leaving on a cruise out of Miami. We Uber'd there, and then Uber'd to a local restaurant. Every time, the driver commented on how tricky it was to find, and exit from. The walls carry a lot of sound so we didn't sleep much due to the noise in the rooms next to us and out in the halls. Overall cleanliness was fine.

We stayed due to our flight being cancelled Not somewhere I would recommend to stay at. Free continental breakfast was provided but the Staff that was stocking the food was rude and she definitely looked like she does not enjoy her job. We were told they would send free transport to pick us up at the airport we waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes making several calls to check where the driver was when it finally showed up the bus was dirty heavily stained seats with no air conditioning and had been in many accidents by the damage all around it. Not much English spoken by staff difficulty communicating. Room had empty container of conditioner on the wall only one towel and no face cloth. Paid $151.59 for one night in a pinch but I would not recommend staying here.

We stay was terrible , hotel was filled with homeless and we did not feel safe . Hotel was rundown ,dirty & unsafe . We paid top rate for a dump of a room . Hotel .com should inform if hotel accepts homeless people on government chits
