It was horrible. It was cotton webs on the ceilings. The jacuzzi had heat in it and it was dirty. The service was horrible as well. Front desk didn’t answer the phone until after the tries.

The rooms were filthy stains on the carpet on the sofa sleeper bad sunken in one TV did not work I hope all your hotels are not like this this experience for me and my grandkids was terrible now they're going back home there last night was to be a great night with a grandma Pat at a hotel

I booked for a non-smoking room and each of the 2 rooms I was offered had evidence of cigarette smoking that was being masked with deodorizer. After living with a cigarette smoker for many years, I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke and I find it quite nauseating. I think it’s irresponsible to list any room in this hotel as non smoking. The desk receptionist seemed smug about my concern about the room’s condition. I refused to check in and I’m awaiting a formal refund. The entire experience was very stressful, having to find other accommodations last minute over the holidays. I do not recommend this hotel.

The name made me think it would be a good stay because normally this franchise is a great pick. We picked this hotel because they a jacuzzi suite and me and my man was looking for a good little getaway for the night. The welcome mat was the first red flag. It was filthy. There's was all kind of garbage on the elevator. Outlets were hanging out the wall leading to the room. The room looked ok and the bed was clean and bed bug free but when we lost the cell phone and had to move the bed, there was all kind of garbage hidden behind it. The carpet had white stains all around the bed which I assumed were seamen because clearly it's a hoe MOTEL. We never even used the Jacuzzi because it was full of hair and we didn't bring bleach spray to clean it. The hotel has potential but clearly the owners didn't care. I will never book again

Staff never cleaned, I stayed 5 days each day breakfast was the same. Crackheads in and out. Give the feeling of a motel

The fact you couldn't take your breakfast to your room. Same thing for breakfast everyday. Convenient elevator out of order. No vending machine. Staff was awesome. They helped me out as much as possible.

lights didn’t work or turn it on… The WiFi sucks… didn’t provide any soap in the shower…

Very quiet....fridge was off ...almost thought it wasn't working.

At the time I check in the clerk, check me in without an issue, but gave me the wrong room key and when I try to explain to them, they want to argue that that’s not the type of role that I reserved but said that they were giving me a complementary upgrade, even though I had already reserved that room and I did show them that I reserved that room. They basically tried to give me a king suite when I reserved a king suite with a Jacuzzi in it. I did not like the fact in order to turn the Jets on. I had to walk halfway across the room. every time it shut off. It was not properly vented, and some of the lights didn’t work in the room.

Remote broken. Lamps broken.

The room we booked wasn't available. The time we were told we'd be able to switch back wasn't actually available to us either. Also, I got bed bugs.

The facilities are somewhat dated but they were clean and there was no unpleasant odor. One of the elevators was not working. The pool appears to be permanently closed. The website indicated that there was a pool available. Breakfast was spartan but fresh.
