Det börjar bli riktigt fint efter renovering och pågående renovering på detta hotell. Vi har bott här 4ggr nu och vi är nöjda. Det har blivit bra frukost också.

This has been one of the best hotels ive stayed at since ive started traveling. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were clean and large and the bathrooms were clean and upkept. We had fresh soap and towels every day and were always greeted by staff with a smile. On top of the amazing room and staff, the breakfast that was included was amazing, the waffles really took the cake, if ever in the area again, ill be booking Wyndham.

Terribly dirty and smelly. Its a great hotel for contractor companies to stick their cheapily paid out of state workers at. The entire place smells of mold. We were provided no notice that the elevator would be out of order. Construction was blocking the entrance to the floor we were assigned. Literally causing us to get paint on our shoes.
Honestly, there are hotels that charge by the hour that are cleaner.

Worst stay ever!! The room was full of German cockroaches and they wouldn't move me or cancel the reservation. I had to sleep with the lights on for 4 nights. Room smelled of water and mold. Locals over ran the place with parties. I'll never use Expedia again for booking a hotel. Absolutely horrible!!!

We came here because we were displaced from hurricane Milton . We picked this hotel because it was pet friendly. The room smelled like dogs the bathroom was not that clean the toilet paper holder wasn’t attached and was just moving around. The place was just old and dirty. John at the front desk was pleasant. I’m sure at one time the hotel was nice but now it needs to be redone. We didn’t stay the whole three days so I asked for a refund for the last day and they would not honor it. What sucks we paid 175 a day for a hotel and would have appreciated the money back as we are putting out so much money not being able to go home. Oh the breakfast consisted of sausage, bread, bagels apples . No cream cheese no butter . I really don’t recommend this hotel.

I booked the hotel 2 months in advance and said that I was coming with my mother, who is disabled and needs special accommodation. We were offered a room on the third floor, but the elevator was out of order because of the hurricane. The room on the first floor was terrible: dirty and smelly. So we lived on the third floor all the time, but my mother couldn’t leave the room because she had to go up and down the stairs every time. We asked to be moved to at least the 2nd floor, but we couldn’t get it. The mattresses were very old and dirty. I wouldn’t recommend staying there. It’s also not cheap.

This hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly. I enjoyed the complementary breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean. However it was a bit outdated. It could use with a bit of an upgrade for the furniture, carpet, beds, etc..
It is a good value for the price.
The most annoying thing, however, was at the elevator was out during my entire stay with no sign of it being fixed.
Overall, I would rate the hotel average. It is definitely good for a short stay, and it is in a very good location.

Unfortunately, there were issues from the moment we arrived. The elevator was not working; the bathroom floor was covered in water due to a toilet leak; there was stray pubic hair under the toilet seat; the air conditioning unit was leaking right into the carpet; and the sofa was heavily soiled on the arms and back (picture included), so we avoided sitting on it at all. The staff on-site at check-in tried to help, but with no other available rooms, and with maintenance not available, we just had to tough it out.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. The elevator had been out of service for weeks, plugs in room didn’t work well, the couch was torn up and frayed, wallpaper in halls was falling off, the breakfast was horrible. We made a huge mistake by staying there

Le personnel est sympa, mais l'hôtel est vieux et ça se voit ! Des taches dans les draps, des taches sur la banquette. Beaucoup de traces d'usure dans la salle de bain. Le petit dej en revanche est compris dans le prix et relativement copieux.

This was my second stay at this property, and it was even worse. I only chose this place because is literally across the street from my daughters college.
This time around the elevator wasn’t working during the entire weekend (it wasn’t fixed at all) the hallways were a mess, and the rooms were worse! The staff was friendly and did the best they could to accommodate us. But again, the hotel definitely needs lots of work… you would think it will be in better shape!
