Efficient and pleasant.

This is my go to accommodation when I come to Seattle, its right downtown so easy to get where you want to go.

Amazing Staff, both at the Desk, and Room as well. Breakfast Room was well stocked too.

close to the best 2 places i have ate at. the butcher restaurant & shake shack makes the best rootbeer float

Staff was very helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. Very nice rooms.

The front desk was helpful, like a concierge. The wifi was not adequate to send emails. Text messaging was fine.

The hotel is in a good spot, close to Seattle Centre and there are a lot of food options within a few blocks of the property. We walk often so walking the 20 mins to Pike Place was easy. There are lots of free parking options on evenings and weekends very close to the hotel.

Very well maintain rooms service was excellent the staff from front desk to cleaning crew were great love it they made me and family feel like home we were traveling from LA and it was great. Will definitely stay again

Muy bien localizado si tienes actividades en el centro. Yo me moví a pie principalmente y alguna vez tomé un autobus. Consejo: usa taxi o transporte público los Uber son muy caros en Seattle. El desayuno era francamente malo. Todo comida envasada y para calentar en el microondas. Lo bueno es que tenían fruta fresca. Pero ni siquiera jamon y queso para prepararte un sandwich a tu gusto....

Good location. Good room space and parking option. Overall good spot for exploring Seattle in a day.

Walkable to downtown. Also within a block of nice coffee shops and Wholefoods. The staff was helpful in giving local information.

In nice part of town, and the rooms were clean. Great parking rate as well.

Dirty , noise

The staff provided the best customer service. They were always happy to help and even gave great recommendations on a near by cafe.

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado, puedes recorrer las zonas turísticas de Seattle a pie, mientras dejas tu carro estacionado y sin batallar por el tráfico ni estacionamientos. Lo que no me gustó es que prácticamente no hay wifi, aunque te dan una clave de internet, la realidad es que no funciona. La comida es congelada , huevos , burritos , sándwiches son congelados , hay leche, cereal , fruta, pan , waffles , café , todo depende del gusto de cada quien. Las camas son cómodas , todo muy limpio, aunque las amenidades son muy pequeñas, como el shampoo, el jabón es tamaño miniatura.

Parking lot is too small. It's hard to park my car

This is our second time here for New Year’s and it’s great! You can’t beat the location, walking distance to everything: food, shops, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, the water front. The prices are very reasonable along with the charge for parking, better than most in the same area. Our only complaint would be the few leaks here and there in the underground parking but just park where it’s not leaking and it’s all good. Our view of the Space Needle was so spectacular that we decided to just view the fireworks from our balcony! The room was comfortable with all the amenities one could want and breakfast is offered daily but we were too tired to get up early. Yes we would recommend and plan on staying here again and again.
