The room key did not work had to go over 4 times to the front desk in 28 degree weather. Finally the front desk worker went to check the door they realized the door lock was bad moved me to another room. The following morning at 9 am house keeping didn’t even knock the guy opened the door saw us and said wait yall were supposed to be gone already. I asked at the front what time was check out the lady said 11. I told her what happened and she just laughed.

I ordered 2 rooms. One room had no towels no television and it was still dirty beds not made etc. the second room had no heat no towels dirty. In the morning. I had no choice but to stay there cause no one was ever at front desk. In the morning I mentioned to front desk person and she switched the room to 2 new rooms. Those were worse than the first 2 rooms. Never have I been to a place by Wyndham and look so uncared for. The pool was with Brown water and covered by tarp

Tv didn’t work and had no phone. They moved my rooms 3 times. 2 times Tv didn’t work. Then 3rd room door would not latch or lock. 4th room had NO electricity. So went back to 3rd room and just used that top hook to keep anyone from being able to open.

The person working at the front office was lovely. The hotel definitely was not. This was the first time I've had a truly poor experience at a La Quinta (my expectations aren't super high - we were just looking for a quiet place to sleep at night during a road trip).
The keys wouldn't open the doors. The toilet wouldn't flush and the arm of the toilet was held together with a plastic bag. There were no cups or hospitality items (outside of a coffee maker with no coffee). At 10 a.m., the fire alarm started blaring for no discernible reason, but there was no evacuation or staff activity, and when I tried to call the front office to ask about it, I realized the phone wasn't functional.

I was given the restricted room nobody was supposed to check in for. It had tables and chairs all over like a construction site. Room 116
I asked if there was another room available but they said no that is the only room available.
I walked out of that motel and found another motel to stay at. Wish I could get a refund out of it but I did not pay for the incidental piece of wine charge to have it refunded

La habitación tenía olor a sustancias de m* y nos íbamos a hospedar con una bebé de 1 mes, las habitaciones y las instalaciones no tienen nada que ver con las fotografías que publican. Pésimo.

This is the worst hotel we have ever booked. We left within 15 minutes of walking into our room. The door wouldn’t lock and the extra security latch had been ripped off. Out of 4 lamps, only one had a light bulb. The toilet was broken. The TV had zero channels available and the WiFi would only connect for 1 min at a time. The only reason we stayed there past 5 minutes was because I needed to change my out of office email on my computer - which I unable to do. There were people outside obviously on drugs. Just horrible. Also, the hotel photos do not accurately reflect the appearance of the property
