Very nice

New flooring, operational room! .... outdated electronics, t.v. wasnt easy to navigate, remote was abused, clock radio outdated, shower was way inadequate.... bed was warm, heat worked... no happy w/ experience! Refundnnn? Felt like i was in a homeless refugee complex that was in need of upgrading to this day in technology!

I really enjoy this property but the outside parking and finding your room seems confusing

The hotel looks great from the curb. The room I stayed in had a gap between the door frame and the door, it let in a lot of cold air as well as noise from highway 36 directly behind the hotel. I left my “do not disturb” sign off my door. When I returned to my room around 3pm, nothing was changed or made. The dirty towels were still on the floor and the bed was not made. I put a towel in the bathroom floor for after showering, when I picked the towel up it had brown marks on it like the floor was not swept or mopped.

Our room had trash in it upon arrival and the pillows were dirty with something stuck on them. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned for a few days

The worst experience ever. Rude staff, very dirty, equipment dint work, and I had to take dirty towels to the front office myself. I was told they only clean every other day. They "forgot" to clean my riom when I requested it since the morning. I never got my sheets replaced with clean ones, the room smelled like dog, just so much more I rather not remember.

My bed was uneven. Half of the mattress was a couple of inches higher than the other half. It's a funny experience to sleep on it. The toilet was flaky. Sometimes the tank was not refilled with water after it flushed and sometimes the water was running for a long time. The front desk was informed but nothing was done to correct the problem.

All around just nice and affordable

It wasn't cleaned properly and the staff was kinda rude. Noisy.

There was a broken stairs and there was no fridge there is no microwave there's no internet and at one pint there was no light

The pictures that are advertised online doesn’t look like the rooms. The toilet was disgusting, there was a brown solid droplet on the floor in the restroom by the toilet that looked like it could be #2. We requested a no smoking room and it smelled like old cigarettes to the point that the bed has the smell and my clothes. There was black particles of something under the sheets to where if you rub your legs against the fitted sheet it feels like bumps under there. We were woken up around 8 in the morning from someone knocking and tugging on the door and when I asked “who is it?” The person jetted off with no response. The room also had food under the bed as if it hadn’t been sweated prior to us arriving. We were moved to a new room which it looked better than the room before but it had hair all over the shower wall. The breakfast is okay but even while getting breakfast the lady mopping the floor never put a wet sign up nor did she say “excuse me” while trying to mop while the patrons were trying to get food or drink. She also didn’t mop up all of the water and suds off of the floor before she left the area.. front desk was helpful with getting room exchanged but said it could’ve been room service at the door that early. If that’s the case they need to be trained on how to properly greet the guest but the guy had a hoodie on so idk..

It is a good place to rest. It would be great if their TV worked to watch movies or some kind of entertainment.

The bathroom so dirty

We arrived at the hotel and found that our room was not what we were supposed to get. Also some of the power outlets were not working. We complained about the toilet not flushing, I had to clean the toilet out with my hands.
