Trash outside elevator on every floor.

This was the most terrible unfriendly ,NASTY,Uncomfortable condition I have ever experience.No HOT WATER FOR 3 DAYS.CONSTANTLY telling us they had someone coming to check out the pumping systems for the water.They said they would give us another room n would call us on the first day.I guess we will be waiting for that call.The room was the filthiest I ever seen Carpet wasn't vacuum plus a roll of TOILET PAPER FOR ONE WIPE.Had the runs!! Just one set of towels The clerk said they didn't have any more clean towels.When we went to check out the clerk stated he would be on at 10 that morning.Call back at 10 to talk to the manager and this clerk stated he doesn't come in on Sunday Sound like the run around but will continue to call that number but might put a HOLD ON THAT MONEY. I know you wondering why I stayed there,the reason was every other hotel was book up for an event No vacancies anywhere and was traveling from another state. DON'T STAY THERE AT ANY MEANS.Other tenants said the manager pull up there yesterday in a ROLLS ROYCE. Guess that how he can afford it by riping off people

Hotel was dingy old and poor lighting no free breakfast hosts was rude

The hotel is being remodeled. The breakfast area does not exist, because supposedly it is under remodel. The rooms are moldy and disgusting. I would never stay at a Quality Inn for the rest of my life. Expedia should remove this listing from its website. Also disappointed Expedia does not say anything that it’s being remodeled while still open. 0/10 rating. 0 Stars.

The front desk person gave a key to a random man and the man was able to enter the room

I was given a room that was not ready for use by front desk staff. 2nd room experienced a continuous water leak from ceiling after about 2 hours. 3rd room was on 3rd level that had a lot of construction in the hallways, and room was better after getting upgrade. Save your money and pick another place to stay until they finish renovations.

Title: Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room appeared to be halfway under construction, with noticeable issues such as missing parts in the fire system and tape sealing off sections. To add to the discomfort, there was no hot water or heating available. Room service was inconsistent, making only one of the two beds, and I was surprised to find the absence of a trash can in the room. Overall, the accommodation felt poorly assembled and in dire need of attention. Additionally, I was required to pay a $100 deposit upon check-in, despite having paid for the room in full online. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

This property was a complete mess! The room was dirty, the place was filthy and the lack of communication about the construction.

No hot water! Picked up the room phone and no dile tone. The cord has been cut. Walked to the front desk and was told to let it run for up to 30 minutes. No apology. Went to the room and let water run but it never got hot. Was going to a wedding and had to take could showers! The door dead bolt would not engage and the safety bar on for was gone. No toilet paper!!!! Several groups of people hanging around on the parking lot. Had no choice but to stay but will never again!!!!

We came in at 830pm. No one at desk. No one to greet us. Place seemed like a ghost town of a lobby. We walked arounf for 10-15 minutes trying to find someone. Eventually someone came. I ordered a double room. They had none available. They said we will upgrade you to a suite with a ling size at no extra harge but you must pay a $4 cleaning fee. Shouldnt that be part of the room charge. The room inadequate. Maybe 4 sockets for power. No usb connections. Very dimly lit. The carpet is old, we didnt dare walk barefoot. The furniture looked like something from a thrift store. Extension chords everywhere. The front window had tint that was peeling off and bubbling. The room was big but was no suite.we stayed for 2 nites for a family wedding. Coming back from wedding its late at night. Go up to room and the keycard doesnt work..im tired,, its late and i have to go back down to the lobby to get someone to fix the card. Seriously!!!! The parking lot area had questionable folks walking around. And the parking lot was full.of potholes. There is some renovations going on but this place needs to shutdown and spend a month on fixing and upgrading things. Quality Inn shoukd rip the name off of the building. It was not quality whatsoever. I will.never stay there again.

The phone lines were cut the TV didnt work When i checked inthe guy tokd me all his king size beds were already taken. Mind you check in started at 3 i was checking in at 3:20 showed the guy the conformation of reservation of a king size room. The TV didnr work room was reallTY outdated

The property is about to undergo major renovation according to Rep, but even after I informed him that the carpet inside the room was just as dirty as the hallways, no one came to clean. At 5am construction workers were yelling in the hallways. I have never stayed in a hotel as terrible as this in all my travels. This was a last minute booking and had to settle for whatever I could find given the size of my group, but I never expected it to be this bad. The breakfast they advertise is 2 tiny muffins, baby sized apple juice, and a 4oz water in a brown bag, how degrading. Positive comment, at least the two double beds were comfortable the other room my sister stayed in wasn’t. Location was dirty but sheets smelled clean. Almost forgot, there were individuals outside the front doors by their cars having loud conversations and listening to music. GHETTO!

We like peaceful locations and it sure was close to everything we needed too.

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable and quiet. The telephones did not work in my room or in any room per hotel staff. There was coffee in the room. However, breakfast in the morning only had regular coffee downstairs, no decaf. Breakfast was given in a brown paper bag, not what I was expecting.

The pool was not usable there was no continental breakfast it was a bag breakfast
