Hotel incrivel... um ponto negativo desse hotel seria a Internet...ela eh muita instável para nos turistas que precisamos nos comunicar dentro do hotel...creio que precisavam melhorar essa parte...do mais tudo certo....super recomendo!!!

Infelizmente não é um hotel familiar. Muita briga, discussão entre as pessoas hospedadas. Não sei se eram moradores ou hóspedes do hotel. Até polícia foi chamada. Pessoas usando droga nas escadas. Foi uma estadia bem ruim. Uma pena, pois o hotel em si não era tão ruim. Ótima localização. Referente a limpeza já fiquei em piores.

Location is really good, very close to universal, but that’s mostly it. When me and my daughter got to the hotel room, the tv wasn’t working, there were bugs in the bathroom, I had to go down to the lobby to get towels because there were non in the room, hallways smelled bad, and the room did too.

La propiedad es un nido de drogadictos, muchisima inseguridad para viajar en familia, tuvimos que salir el mismo dia que hicimos el check in porque habia gente tomando en los pasillos y drogandose. y aun asi no nos hicieron el reembolso. Un ligar para NUNCA HOSPEDARSE

Ótima localização perto dos parques, restaurantes, saídas para principais rodovias, porém precisa de reformas nos quartos e hospedes fumam no interior do hotel, fica um mal cheiro terrível de cigarro nos corredores e quarto.

Ha sido la peor experiencia en este supuesto hotel... esta cosa es un lugar que aloja personas drogadictas, expededoras de drogas....es terriblemente malo, personas gritando toda la noche, viven personas que el estado les paga para que vivan alli. Huele a cigarrillo y marihuana todos los pasillos... las poca personas que como yo llegan por error estan aterrorizadas todo el tiempo... no atienden el aseo, no te dan toallas, no hau desayuno.... CONCLUSIÓN NO LO RECOMIENDO NI PARA PASAR 1 NOCHE... ES SUPREMAMENTE PELIGROSO Y HORRIBLE.... deberían sacarlo de la lista de hoteles.com

I wouldn’t recommend staying here! Nothing and I mean nothing was clean. If you’re on a budget and don’t care about ur belongings then go for it! By the time we left our door hinges were coming unscrewed unfortunately stepped on one! Our ac did not work and the pull out bed was to thin for any person to sleep comfortably

O hotel tinha um cheiro estranho, aspecto sujo e o quarto tinha varias manchas e o cabideiro todo enferrujado. Não era nada confortavel e eu fui embora antes do previsto porque o hotel era muito ruim. Hotel barato nâo precisa ser nojento.

The f front desk staff and the maintenance guy were excellent. They let us check in a couple hours early there's plenty of restaurants nearby and a really cool arcade across the street. The pool was locked up but they contacted maintenance and he quickly opened the gate we placed some valuables in the safe however on the second day the safe would not work but again the maintenance man came and fixed it with no problem. There was one night where some guy was sleeping on the couch in the lobby. As a guy I would have no problem staying here but it made my life feel uneasy as I understand what she meant by that. Overall it is close to universal and a lot of options nearby. You get what you pay for however the staff was really nice and they corrected any issues we did run into. The room is fairly clean no bugs detected and he bathroom is a bit out of date.
