I had good sleep. The location of hotel is very good.

3층에 가라오케가 있어서 새벽에 잠을 잘 수가 없었어요.

Every thing was perfect except the valets service was not convenient as I had to wait for my car every single time I went out, Last day the car was given to me with couple scratches that I am not responsible for, called the hotel & informed them send an email as well no response from Waikiki oasis Hotel

Good place to stay

Nice property very close to beach and with helpful staff.

Mind be need some new renovation

All of the staff were wonderful and helpful! The room was throughly cleaned, but is quite dated with old carpet that smelled and needed an update. The breakfast contained cereal, packaged pastries, toast, fruit cocktail, juice and coffee. For the price, the location absolutely could not be beat. We were right in the middle of everything Waikiki!

Shout out to Andrew the Customer Service manager. Thank you for helping me add my daughter’s name to our reservation. Expedia staff did not help me but Andrew was out my worries at ease. My daughter was flying home to Salt Lake after a month away. I wasn’t able to fly to waikiki to meet her. Her flight was the last flight in and I was worried about her safety flying solo and first time in hawaii. Andrew took care of adding her name so she’s not homeless @ 12am arriving to the hotel. Andrew is my hero when Expedia refused to help me.

We had great stay for family. Great location with easy walk to beach and center of Waikiki. Staff were nice. Spacious 1 bed room suite with full kichen. Breakfast available though options were limited. Wallet parking service was great. Only downside is that they need bit more lighting in room.

Do NOT stay here. We arrived late in the evening and they did not have the room we booked, and put us in a much smaller room (one bed instead of two) with our family of five. We would have left, but everything else in Waikiki was booked out. We asked for more bedding and pillows because our kids were going to have to sleep on the couch, but they did not have any available. Please be aware that it is also extremely loud. There is a karaoke bar underneath the hotel, that does not close until 4 AM, so there is very loud music and lots of people until almost 5am. The hallway and room smelled like smoke. The only redeeming quality to this hotel, was that the staff were trying to be very helpful and accommodating, although management had set them up for failure. There are many other wonderful, inexpensive places in Waikiki, suggest you book somewhere else.

ホテルはワイキキの中心部分もありどこにいくのも便利です。同じ通りにパブがあり週末は朝方3時まで飲み終わった人が路上で話し込んでいるのが煩くて眠れなかったです。落ち着いたらと思ったらゴミ収集車かなにかの騒音で時差ぼけならぬ騒音ボケになるところでした。おかげでティッシュで作る耳栓はかなり優れたものを作ることができました。

Needs appliances update

We had a great stay at the Oasis Hotel. We received an email with an upgrade offer which we took advantage of. The premium room was fantastic and offered us a lot more space with an airmchair and kitchentte. The room is a bit tired with chips in the kitchenette laminate bench and a bit of a musty smell when you walked in the room. The beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was good, would be great if they had fresh fruit rather than fruit cups and healthier options rather than donuts and honey buns. The staff at the Oasis Hotel were friendly and fantastic. The location of the hotel is great as well, not far from the beach, the main street and many restaurants and cafes. again!

Great front desk customer service

The overall rating can be taken off. I rated b/c it's mandatory. I was looking forward to staying but couldn't. After about 30 min wait, the front desk told me to be relocated to a different hotel. The reason was the issue of AC they couldn't fix (keep dripping). The front desk service was fine, but I was disappointed about this and a new hotel which was I must say downgraded (outdated, no outlet in the bathroom, no kettle for boiling water to make tea, the stopper in the bathroom sink was broken).

They charge $33 Dlls for breakfast each day and just have toast & cereal
