Property was showing some age.

My fiancée and I really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, room was very clean, our bellhop really tuned us into the amenities in the room and was happy to help upon our check out. Customer service was timely and efficient in replying via text messages with things we needed. Cannot wait to stay again, one of our best stays in Dallas.

It was big and entertaining for my kids while we were out from our cheer competition and the room was spacious for all of us! The view was even better, my kids loved it!

Property is beautiful and the rooms are very nice! We ordered room service and the cheeseburger was absolutely fantastic!!

Great place and lovely rooms

We have been staying at the Omni for the last decade and this was the first trip where we were very disappointed. The front desk staff were unprofessional and did not present as though they wanted to be there. They indicated the room would be serviced but we didn’t receive housekeeping services and had to call to obtain towels etc. Thank goodness they give you an extra roll of toilet paper because it was like using tissue paper. The food in the restaurants used to be so delicious and this trip was very marginal and sometimes cold. The biggest disappointment was the hot tub being closed. We stay for the amenities and proximity to everything, and unfortunately for the price, it just isn’t worth it.

Property was over booked and i had to switch rooms the next day after i checked in. Management was extremely rude to the fact that they overbooked.

The Omni was a great pick for our long weekend getaway. From our arrival to our departure. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious and the self parking was convenient and safe. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was one of my choices to stay in Dallas and definitely was worth it all the way. Loved everything about this hotel including downtown view, Bobs steakhouse is a must. Their coffee shop is amazing.

Omni is one of my favorite properties, I had never been to Dallas, TX and I chose here to be close to downtown. Very large hotel with great room service

I booked it for my wedding to stay in it the day before and the day of my wedding. But Friday night they had issues with the A/c and something else. They couldn’t get it fix so I had to stay somewhere else and come back early in the morning the next day to see if it was fix. I spoke with someone at the front desk after I notice that the issue was fix and they were able to reimburse me for the Friday night and we still stayed there for Saturday. Everything was good they understanding.

Splendid workers

I had booked two rooms back in the entire lobby in March. Upon check in I was informed that because I booked through a third party my request of connecting rooms and a view of reunion tower for New Year fireworks display could not be honored. The entire lobby reeked of Marijuana as did the hallways, apparently anything goes on New Years. I will never stay at this hotel again and will think twice about using Hotels.com because you are treated differently than if you booked directly with them. The smell of marijuana was offensive and the staff didn’t do anything about it, we had small children with us and that was not acceptable.

It was a great stay! Personal was friendly and very helpful!! The City View amazing!! Loved the Hotel!!

It was nice and clean. Everything you need.

Event music sounded like it was next door.
