They need a pain job bad it’s horrible

WHEN I GOT TO THE PLACE THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY LUGGAGE DOLLIES. HAD TO TAKE ALL MY STUFF UPSTAIRS BY HAND. AND IT WAS ONLY ONE ICE MACHINE YEAH. THE ICE MACHINE WASN'T WORKING ON THE 3RD SECOND FLOOR ONLY ICE MACHINE THAT WAS WORKING WAS ON THE FIRST FLOOR.

Worst hotel of my life. I had a better experience in UP. First they say free breakfast but there is nothing in the breakfast. Old dried bread and bagel. Additionally no security. Literally someone stole my DoorDash from the lobby. They said they don’t know about anything. No toiletries in the bathroom.

The property is goong through a renovation otherwise the room is perfect. Area is nice. Staff awesome

My kiddo and I got there about 1am after a long day of travel. The person at check in was very nice and no issues there. Got up to our room and it looked like it had never been cleaned. Floor had trash like it had not been swept, beds were dirty and there wasn’t even any toilet paper. Tried to switch rooms and was told there were no other rooms. The same person who checked us in followed us up to our room and bless her heart remade both beds and gave us toilet paper and agreed that this room was not clean but there was no other choice. Due to the snow storm I didn’t feel comfortable starting our 2 hour drive home and trying to find another hotel, besides the fact that it’s 2:30at this point. Because we stayed I was not eligible for a refund. I will never stay at this property again! The property is under renovations but that didn’t even bother me…the room was nasty.

Ill keep it short, this place never gets cleaned. There was blood and hair on the bed sheets. The surfaces dont get wiped down, the toilet had a ring in it. Carpets are filthy. Wallpaper peeling off with mold behind it. Trim coming down. Staines on couches. Yellow drooled on pillows. Stained mattresses. Cobwebs in the corner that have been there for a long time based on the dust on them. The whole place smells dingy. The lobby has been under reno for months and its a wreck. The ONLY good things about this place is its the cheapest option and right next to DTW airport. Other then that….you need to bring your own bedding and sanitation equipment

Entered hotel, it was in remodeling stage, front deck was all tore apart. Staff was friendly, very helpful. Room was semi clean, bathroom floor was slippery, one of light was burned out in bathroom, wallpaper was coming apart, door to bathroom had holes in it. Hall way need to be vacuumed.

Good service good staff. I lost a lot in this hotel because no internet no WiFi. It was very very bad I couldn’t do my work. I don’t know what to say Sad. Mad

The hotel lobby, elevator, hallway and room was dirty and dusty. The shuttle refused to take us at first as he said he was going elsewhere. Had to wait another 20mins for another shuttle. I had family with me as this hotel was the worst representation of the hotels in DTW Airport. They are supposed to have breakfast however that was coffee a bagel with butter and danish- this is not breakfast!!! So the amenities need to be updated.

The stay was perfectly fine, I was only staying for the night because of delayed flights. However, the front desk agent when I got in at midnight was excellent. He was very understanding and helped relieve all this stress I was under by just being a really nice guy. I believe his name was alatreon? Or something like that, I’m not entirely sure. The building was undergoing a ton of renovations so it was a little messy but it didn’t bother me any, and the breakfast was lacking a bit.

I found the property absolutely unacceptable!!! The woman that checked me in at the desk looked like she was homeless!! I went to the room and immediately left!! I was afraid that something was going to bite me!! Dust was so thick on everything and I couldn't see out the window, it was so dirty. Bare nails hanging out of the walls, with no pictures or decorations at all!! IT WAS GROSS< GROSS!
