호텔 앞쪽은 왕복 8차선도로, 뒤쪽은 전철 레일이 있는 최악의 입지. 주변 도로와 전철로 인한 소음이 심하고 호텔의 청소상태 역시 최악이었다. 조식 또한 초라하기 짝이없다. 더욱이 샤워기에 수압도 형편이없어 여간 불편한게 아니었다.

I had stayed in Quality Inn the past I had no problem. Thid time I go front desk and clerk was sitting on phone. When i got his attention i told him I had a reservation. My phone battery was down and i could not access my email confirmation. I advised and ask him to verify my regeneration. He quickly told me i didn't have a registration. I ask that he look again. He said hat i didn't have a registration. He did nothing to assist and said there was nothing he could do. I will stay at Quality Inn but there needs to be a way to verify registration when your phone is dead. Expedia verified it for mr.

The manager stated he was going to refund me for a night i used and now they are refusing to refund me. Roaches Everywhere and smelled liked tabacco and must. No where is it clean and the bathroom have left over hair from previous peope

Overall was good, however certain things about the rooms could’ve been better. Door to bathroom was kinda rusted and not set properly. Shower would go in and out of hot and cold. More outlet options around king size bed.

Staff was extremely rude!! There were two me fighting in the hallway no security at all rooms are tiny they have a 30 dollar deposit not listed on any website that they do that!! Says they have a hot tub they do not rooms are outdated with broken electrical items we had to be switched to a different room because of the tv being broken lady was unbelievably unprofessional and ride over the ordeal I am not impressed I wont ever stay here again !!!

We had a 5 night reservation but we only stayed 1 night due to the condition of the room and hotel. The only good part of this hotel was the closeness to the DART city transportation station, that was less than a quarter mile walk from the hotel. The room was not cleaned prior to us checking in as there were multi bugs (roaches etc.) on the floor and bathroom. In the shower there was visible dirt, other peoples hair and pubic hair on the walls and floor of the shower. The towels provided were also stained and the sheets also had other peoples hair and stains on them. We cut our losses in regard to the remaining 4 nights (a loss of $200+) because of the conduction of this hotel and how dirty it was. I would never recommend this hotels to anyone given how dirty the room was and in general the condition of the hotel as a whole. If you are looking for a cheap/not so clean location to stay way outside of downtown Dallas then this might be ok but if you value cleanliness then do not stay here.

The room was decent. The negatives...the security latch on the door was not secure. So only the deadbolt kept the door locked. The toilet sest only had 1 bolt keeping it attached. There were a few roaches that ran through and stomped on 1. The fridge worked but wasnt balanced and made odd sounds when cooling.

The staff was good very friendly and nice. The hotel itself was not. I will never stay there again. The continental breakfast was a joke also they want to charge $15 to be able to take dmfood to eat in the room. That is absurd for the crappy food they offer??? We instead opted to check out way early and go eat breakfast a a diner in Frisco which cost us much less and was fresh made to order food. The rooms were very small and the renovations were bad there were still cracks in the rooms plaster coming off paint all over areas no paint should be like the shower stall. Towels were cheap and we found roaches in our daughters room.

Ronny the Manager without the red dot center forehead; receives reservation through logo APP; I used my digital wallet that was newly given and the beeps went off on the third tap at the same time he was clicking his desk mouse and my account pulled twice the funds; he then cancelled my APP reservation I didn't know that until today and I made a reservation on Expedia Tuesday Wednesday he then refused to release hold on Wednesday made another reservation for Thursday and today Friday the funds were released and he raised his prices on Expedia by $15.00 and at the property logo by $15.00....$47/$58.....$59/$70.....so originally I had 6 nights for $47....now ..there is nothing no where for 6 nights....THIEF.....roaches electric surges on right side of building...he allows group prayer chants on the second floor which wakes others up shower doors cut glass flood the floor.
New Owner...Too Many Problems....ok...I will not return...steal once steal twice raise prices.
