The room was very clean, newly remodeled. The door was hard to open due to resent painting but they were going to tweek that right away. Very friendly staff.

Looked clean but some smells weren’t the most pleasant. Strong food smell in hallway by front door/lobby. Bathroom drains maybe needed to be cleaned. Chair & ottoman were stained, looked like they should be replaced.

We reserved this room to take the kids swimming. Got there and the pool heater was not even working, freezing cold. Would not refund us the money as I think that should be stated in there website when reserving rooms. Ridiculous

After a 15 hour drive and arriving after midnight. Room smelled of strong cat Urine, bathroom and sink had not been clean. Holes and broken outlets in room. When we asked to switch rooms because the smell was overwhelming, was told they were sold out and they refused to place us in a clean room or offer any sort of cleaning service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Absolutely disgusting

Room was not very clean. Not adequate amount of linens. Door to enter room was hard to open & close. Shelves by beds were dirty. Pillows need to be thrown out and replaced. Check in was nice front desk attendant was friendly.

Stains on the bed, door was left open like someone went inside prior to going into the room. Argued about giving a refund and made the process very difficult. It was a nightmare

The room was dirty-the shower walls were dirty, the shower doors had soap scum on them, the room smelled like wet dog, the table tops next to the bed had food residue on them, the floor had drink spills. There was a spray bottle of cleaning solution on the tv stand and dirty socks which I gave to the man at the desk. The light above the sink does not work, there is no hair dryer. It was handicapped accessible which is what we needed. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff knocked and entered the room at 9:30 am while we were still getting ready, they attempted to re-enter 3 more times before 10:30 when we left. The adjoining room had the light on most of the night which illuminated our room as the light shone in the gap under the door. You could also hear the guests talking through the door.
