I came into town for a pet expo and I had three dogs with me. The staff was very kind and the hotel is clean and orderly. When I come to town, this is the place I stay at.

Very rude lady who greeted us at front desk and demanded we provide credit card to get even though the same card was on file on their computer record…the lady had a poor explanation as to why I needed to provide my credit card. Also, the lady said this hotel was different then other Radisson hotels and this hotel has different policies…did not make any sense. Other hotel employees were very polite during our stay

No microwave, fridge did not work and we had put about 100 dollars in food that went bad. Half the lamps had buttons broke off, and staff felt pushy and rude. Did not even offer any comp for the fridge and food.

Hotel was aged and dirty. We knew this but sad to see such a hotel that was once majestic old and aged.

The Radisson Hotel in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is decent. We've stayed there twice now. Biggest issue is that couldn't control temperature with thermostat in room both times. 1st time it was too cold. This last time in was too warm in the room.

Horrible stay. Hotel was outdated, the heat didn't work. The maintenance guy came up to fix and it still didn't work correctly. I felt sorry for the guys as he stated he was the only one working. He stated that a lot of the rooms had this issues. Furniture very outdated and rooms had little light. Add to all of that and their restaurant was closed.

The Window was ridiculously dirty, no coffee in the room and we couldn’t change rooms due to no other clean rooms. Bed was terribly uncomfortable and I don’t think the heat control worked right.

79 degrees in the room. That's horrible and temp won't change window opens maybe an inch. Spent all night worried my 2 month old was going to over heat.

It was 80 degrees in our hotel room. Even after shutting the heat off we still couldn’t cool the room down. The thermostat wouldn’t let us change the temperature, when the front desk was notified nothing was done about it. The room was dirty, you can tell that they just quickly clean the room. The toiletries left in the bathroom by the hotel has been used, and had hair on them that was not ours. This was not a good stay and will not be staying here again.
