Very convenient, clean and all you need for a comfortable rest

When I arrived, I asked the man at the counter about a crib since the hotel advertised as family-friendly and offering cribs. He said he’d check, but after I got my room key and asked again, he told me he’d call my room. That call never came. As we checked into our room on the second floor, I noticed a man in a van outside smoking what appeared to be meth. This was concerning, but we had a long day and just wanted to shower and rest. At 2 a.m., loud noises started coming from the third floor—like something rolling—and went on for hours. We called the front desk three times, but no one answered. Eventually, the noise stopped, and we finally got some sleep. The next morning, as we were checking out, I saw the same man from the van coming out of his room with three dogs. It was clear that the noise from the night before was likely caused by him and his dogs. Shockingly, I saw him in the lobby checking into another room. I approached the front desk and asked the young woman there if he was indeed checking into another room. She confirmed he was. I explained what I had witnessed the night before and how the noise had ruined our night, especially since no one at the front desk answered when we called. Her response was dismissive—she didn’t apologize or seem concerned at all. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The lack of security, unprofessional staff, and disruptive environment made for a terrible experience

Well first me and my husband arrived for a reserved room and then all of a sudden it takes them 30 min to check us in and they hardley spoke english the room we got was terrible it had rip in carpet and rip in bed skirt and the furniture had stains on it from the last guest its just nothing was cleaned properly and expedia made it look like the rooms were fantastic but it didnt even have a mini fridge i had to get a cooler the bath tub didnt work and the phone didnt work so i couldnt call down i had to walk down everytime and ask they did move us to a new room it was better but not by much we paid for items that didnt even work right im very disappointed in this hotel.

We enjoyed the stay it was really quiet. Had no issues in the room. Walkable food options.

Great location

Nice upgrades to the rooms. Able to hear street noise even in room on 2F toward the back of hotel. No fridge in room, pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

We found a roach in our motel.
