The room had a musty smell and was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very crowded, with little and slow replenishment of food.

Rooms are very clean. Staff is very nice and they have an amazing tiki bar. A very nice pool that was clean and very well maintained the whole property.

Waterfront yes, but the hotel is old. Even the boats on the dock. Rooms need an update.

It was a great stay. The only thing that could comprove is the breakfast. Juice machine was broken and they did not provide an alternative for it. Besides that, everything was great!

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having a bar within the premises was a plus, nice music, awesome drinks, and delicious food. Housekeeping totally on point! Breakfast included, was also very good. We're definitely visiting this hotel again in the future.

This was just a solo trip to take care of some family business. The tiki bar gets pretty fun on the weekend. Mostly new renovations thanks to the hurricanes. Front desk people were very friendly.

It was really noisy around 1am when the people next to us and the people above us came back from bar. Other than that it was great

Hermosa y elegante se pasa relajado

Honestly, the pics look nothing like the actual room. We got the king, city view non smoking and it’s very small. I can’t speak for the other rooms but I know we were really disappointed. It even smelled like someone smoked in it, and had like a damp moldy smell and the room just seemed really dirty. I hate to leave a bad review but I can say we won’t be back.

The attention to detail on the overall care and maintenance! I loved the landscape and flowers! The decor in the lobby! The computer access as well!

The staff were excellent: Mariam and Bruce. At breakfast time, they were not only friendly and attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Their kindness and exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

You must stay on the Water side to sleep well Pay extra for those rooms. Roadside has very loud Traffic with single pane Windows. Nice Outdoor Bar in Back.

Nice and clean

We were only there for one night, did go to the bar (very nice) with very reasonably priced drinks and food. Also a very nice breakfast. Bruce and Miriam were very nice and kept it well stocked.

The bathroom fixtures had rust on them. I guess that’s to be expected because it is on the water. However, cleanliness in the bathroom could’ve been better as well. Continental breakfast was very good. Most employees spoke very little English. I received an invoice of the stay from Hotels.com email showing that the hotel room was $99 a night plus taxes as opposed to 119 that I had paid. After lengthy communication with the online chat, no reimbursement was to be made on the price difference. Very disappointed in Hotels.com have been with them for several years. Will search other sites in the future, too many options, offer lower and better perks.
