Generally cozy place and loved the breakfast but the noise from upstairs was quite disturbing my nights. Seems that the building is old so whenever the person from my upstair bathroom was walking, the cracking noise on the ceiling deove me crazy.

I stayed for 2 nights (booked one night, but after looking the room decided to extend one more night) in this hotel to visit Disneyland. Room was spacious and it was good to have kitchen and all others (spoon, glass, microwave..etc), which was really good for family. Especially we enjoyed visiting mall nearby where we could shop from grocery to clothes. We are pretty much satisfied with this hotel except sofa bed quality (matress was too old and not so much cushion due to uneven spring). Except this we liked staying in this hotel.

I didn't go and didn't get refund, There were major fires going on in the area and Expedia wouldn't even give me a credit for later date

They have a GREAT service. Breakfast is good with GREAT touch of service and cleanliness. The room was good, but walls need some cleaning, especially in the bathroom. The AC was noisy every time that it started. The room needed a face lift.he business center has only one PC and located in the alley. The hotel did not have any tourist/promotional flyers/booklets for use.

A dirty, rundown hotel. Needs major restoration.
Asked for a fresh up after 3 days, 3 times in one day, never showed up. Finally told we had to go pick up towels.
In 7 days never had service.
Last day water was out from 11:30 until at least 5:00 when we left to shower at our son’s house.

The shower pressure was horrible!
I understand low flow shower heads, but this was absolutely ridiculous. I am all about being eco-friendly and saving water, recyling...etc, but I could not have a shower in the morning. I tried to adjust the adjustable shower flow, but it did not make any difference. It was a bad experience.

Really nice area, Clean too. shopping center is 5mins away if needed to go grocery shopping or anything else. There’s like a Ralph’s in the shopping center that’s open till 1am which is pretty dope. Shoutout to Isaiah he’s cool

The breakfast was great! The staff was nice, free parking and free breakfast was wonderful! The rooms itself need some attention. The bed was very comfortable! However in the bathroom there is a lot of rust, also one of the tiles from the bathroom floor was loose.
