Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton

보스턴 외곽에 부엌이 있어 예약했는데...위치가 넘멀고 지역이 안좋아서 가족여행으로는 추천하고싶지 않습니다 그러나 무료 아침과 저녁도 줘서...그냥 조금의 위안을 삼았습니다

Pool was out of order. Rooms were dirty and smelly.

Very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast

Room was up to date and quiet.

The room was overall good. We had issues with one of the tvs shutting off randomly but after unplugging the tv control box and plugging it back in it seemed to correct itself. The body wash bottle in the shower was empty but there were bars of soap in the bathroom. Staff was very helpful and curteous. The morning breakfast was also good.

Love it

The pool and hot tub were great and so was the breakfast. The room was not though. The heater was in a closet right next to the bed, and every time it jumped on it sounded like a jet engine. It was impossible to sleep with it on, but it was too cold to sleep without it. We had a terrible night of waking up cold, turning on the heater, then having to get back up and turn it off so we could sleep another hour or so. It was a terrible night of very disrupted sleep.

Very unkept, dirty and poorly maintained!

Staff was transparent and accommodating!

Upon check in we were told to wait immediately because someone else was waiting when they weren’t even in line. When I was able to go up next and check in we were informed that our room wasn’t ready. Mind you, I called at 2 pm to let the hotel know I we were on our way and we have an infant with us as well. The lady who checked me in stated the room wasn’t ready because they were fully booked the night before but if I called letting the hotel know that we were on our way and check in was at 3 pm then wouldn’t they try to get it cleaned since there’s nobody in that room anymore. Anyways, we waited a little over an hour to get into our room. I had to breastfeed in the lobby area because our room was not ready. The rooms were “okay”, they look outdated and the door and bath tubs look old. The rug was also very dirty with so many stains. We only stayed one night but I would not stay here again.

Only one thing i had an issue with...the 2nd night during our stay a huge water bug (roach) came out of no where running around the room until i killed it...disgusting

Love the quiet location and the staff were really nice.

The residence Marriott on liberty Street in Brockton is a terrific hotel. We rented a two bedroom suite each bedroom had a queen size bed, and an en suite bathroom plus a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Amenities were great and the staff was awesome.

Super fun place to stay! The owner was friendly and very accommodating and shared the property history with us. He also made a great breakfast. If down there again will definitely be back.

Be careful about this property as they don’t clean your room daily. We arrived on a Friday and our room wasn’t CB lean ugg the il Sunday even though the day before we asked for our room to be clean.

Upon checking in I expressed to the front desk staff how excited I was for the use of the hot tub, and they had no point told me that the hot tub was down for service. I was very disappointed as this was the main reason for choosing this hotel.
