Great stay, perfect location.

Great location and rooms with views. Busy but quiet. Walkable into city. Lovely views. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance when we stayed (and this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel). But overall nice vibe, friendly staff. We would stay there again (and hopefully the pool would be open...)

Every thing was top shelf and really enjoyed my time there 👍👍

Handy for Boston gardens

Close to TD Garden and other Boston area highlights. There is public parking next to the hotel for a fee, TD garden and restaurants are within walking distance. The area around the hotel is clean. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The only negative is that we booked the hotel specifically so that the kids could swim only to find out upon arrival that the pool is closed for two weeks for renovations.

Renovation much appreciated. Room was lovely, quiet, and bed very comfortable. Kitchen staff at breakfast were soooo helpful and friendly.

I like the large room space and kitchen facility. Shops and restaurants are a little bit far from the hotel. It takes around 10 minutes.

I have been looking forward to writing this since i checked out. The hotel was great, but my favorite part was listening to Luis chat with guests in the morning at breakfast, he was helping with setup, comfort, cooking, you name it. He was so helpful to folks, offering to make them a togo breakfast if they didnt have time to sit. He offered us fresh baked cookies to take with us. These were all fine and dandy but the icing on the cake watching this man be awesome was when a young couple with 2 young children came, he just went in the back and grabbed a high chair and had it for them when they got to their table (unprompted). That is service, that is excellence and that is someone who cares about people and is extremely good at it. I have had young children and it can be overwhelming and this little act of kindness really makes a difference, Luis...you make a difference!!!!

The hotel was nice and clean. During my check in, the man wasn't too welcoming. I had to ask for valet. But overall it was a good hotel.

Great views, excellent breakfast- it was exceptional for a free breakfast!
