Great stay! Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Felt safe.

The hotel was just ok for a Marriott. Everything was pretty dated. It overall felt clean and comfortable. The things that made our stay uncomfortable were out of the hotels control. The cable was out for several hours and our neighbor had a noisy dog. Breakfast was ok.

Where was the tremendous experience and would definitely stay there again

Good points first: Front Desk people are friendly, Morning Breakfast was interesting with different Menu every day. Location was perfect. Accessible to shopping, Banks etc. Linen were clean, Kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Almost everything we wanted to visit in Santa Fe was with in 2 miles. Now to to Bad part: Old property. Shower didn’t work on First day. We had to call in Maintenance Person to get it fixed. Beds were not comfy at all. We got back pain after 3 nights. If you are staying on Second floor then you need to tip toe. The floorboard was squeaky. Every Unit has a limited Storage tank for Hot water. At max the Tank can support two quick showers. After that you need to wait for 30 mins to get Hot water. Our Access Cards got corrupted every day and we were locked out after tiring day. Front desk was able to reprogram the cards but it was a daily routine. Not fun in extreme cold to get locked out everyday evening.

Great place to spend a week or two in sant Fe.

This place is wonderful. I did not want to leave. The breakfast is excellent. The courtyard is full of flowers and fruit trees

This place is absolutely amazing, it’s like having your own small apartment. There’s a few apple trees on the property which I enjoyed looking at. It has a lovely patio area with tables and a gas grill. The complimentary breakfast has so many items to choose from, I travel often and have never seen quite so many choices.All the staff members are very courteous and so friendly. Beautiful hot tub and pool area with loungers, tables and umbrellas. Free water bottles daily which is great as you need to stay hydrated in a higher elevation (Santa Fe NM) I honestly can’t say enough great things to say about this place. I highly recommend staying here.

Desk guy at check in was super nice room was nice n clean. I did find two bugs in room one in kitchen area and one by bed in wall y’all may wanna check on that. Check out was a breeze gal was also super nice🤗

All was positive except we were initially assigned to a room that had been smoked in and my wife had a strong reaction. They were good about moving us to another non-smoking room, but we had understood that all were non-smoking. Also, our initial room (112) was pretty run down in carpeting, drawers, door jam. Definitely needed maintenance, which had been deferred.

Super friendly staff. Everyone we interacted with was professional and polite. Only issue was hot water ran out quickly and took long to reheat.

Quick and efficient check in but the rooms need some updating.

Most likely the worst place we ever stayed in. Dated, worn out furniture and zero noise insulation in this old property. You will hear every step above you. When we mentioned it at front desk, two other guests were present with similar complaints. Even worse it is an unsafe place in winter conditions. It had snowed three days before our arrival, and they did not treat any icy areas at parking or on the way to the room with sand. Front desk clerk was aware of it but mentioned owner did not take care of it. She handed us a business card of owner to email our complaints. We did, but manager did not show any concern about the issues mentioned.
