ホテルの部屋はとてもおしゃれでいいホテル。気分もアガリます。ただ、今回のステイで気になったところ。部屋のクーラーが壊れていて⁉️ 作動してもすぐに止まってしまう、何度やっても。壊れてはいるのかわからないが… もうひとつは、部屋のマグカップが前回の人の飲み物のハチミツが底にこびりついてあきらかに洗ってないマグがあった。やはりコップ、お皿などは一度洗って使う方がいいと思う。

We loved the restaurant for dinner, but found that service was not great especially our cleaning service. The hotel did give us a $50 food credit for our trouble but 1 cleaning service in 8 days is unacceptable. Also I had to change my own sheets after the room was “cleaned” as they just put the sheets on my suitcase. We ran out of towels, toilet paper and coffee regularly. The valet service was great and had a couple of the front desk ladies be very helpful, but also had a couple be quite dismissive to our requests. The pool is more like a large bath tub was not a fan of it. We won’t be staying there again

This place is wonderful! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the decor is on point, the cute little pool is heated and has a great bar, there is a fantastic restaurant in the lobby, and the rooms are really comfy. We did the basic king room, and the shower was roomy and new, the bed is VERY comfortable with super fluffy pillows, it had a balcony and a table and small couch in the room to eat at, as well as a small fridge for goodies and leftovers. And on top of all of that, it is smack dab in the middle of everything there is to do in Waikīkī. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Stayed for 5 nights. Really friendly staff, super comfortable bed, and unbeatable location. What I loved: I really appreciated the bathroom products, and the refillable water bottles came in very useful, as did the filtered water station. They also had sunscreen available at the pool, and the pool/beach towel service was easy and accessible. Cons: I found the hotel was a little dark, but I didn’t mind as I didn’t plan on spending much time there. I didn’t love the pool but, again, not a big deal as I didn’t spend time there. As mentioned in other reviews, the shower is half-open, which I disliked. Check in/out was a little slow; there was typically only one employee at the front. Overall a wonderful experience, I would highly recommend and will likely be back :)

Romer house is a nice central location for vacation stay. The hotel is modern and recently updated. Bed super comfortable. We stayed on the 7th floor and maybe that is next to the hotwater boiler or maybe it is on demand hot water, but it was boiling hot! So if you like hot shower stay here. The price was great Except for the ridiculous high "resort" fee they add on. This fee includes disgusting coffee in the room and a complementary beer when you check in, except you paid for it in the "resort" fee. So not complementary at all. Basically stuff normally just included in a regular room rate they charge extra resort fee which leaves a really bad taste.

Amazing location, it was located in central Waikiki area and most shops are in walking distance. Tea/ coffee were provided. However, parking is extremely difficult if you won’t wanna use the valet parking. There’s kettle in the room. Good comfortable bed.

Awesome property, the rooms are updated and very comfortable. Having updated bathrooms was fantastic. If it was closer to the water it would be the best hotel in Waikiki, although its location gives you quick walking access to some of the best food in the area. We will definitely be back.
