It is a wonderful place to stay. The condo's are very nice. The only reason I gave it a lower score on comfort is that there are not additional blankets if you get cold in the night. There is only a thin cover on the bed and I about froze. If you go in the winter you better take an extra blanket with you.

The grounds were beautiful, and the golf experience was fantastic. However, our room, 7-205, was freezing and lacked sufficient blankets. Additionally, the thermostat had a rather unfriendly note stating that if we needed to call for service, there would be an added cost of $100. I'm unclear on how the facilities are expected to address issues in the units if guests are unable to report problems.

The area and view were incredible. The check in and out was easy. The place was clean and well stocked. The only issue was the upstairs guests. You could hear them running around and scraping the chairs across the floor until after 1 AM. They were then at it again at 7 AM. I thought for sure at an expensive place like things I would not be hearing that much noise around me.

The view of the golf course and the red rocks was absolutely stunning!! The condo was homey, comfortable and spacious for the 5 of us. Everything was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at Sand Hollow Resorts again!

Property is close to sand hollow state park, it is however about a 15 to 20 mi drive to get to places to eat, or other amenities. It does have a club house restaurant.

The was horrible decorated with frameless pictures nailed to wall. Each room is decorated by its owner. Roll the dice room may be nicely decorated OR NOT. Room was furnished with cheap 32” TV. Neighboring room had their TV up load after 10 PM. Resorts Security did not resolve problem leaving us to ask neighbors to turn down TV sound. Could have been ended up in fight. With said, the scenery was amazing as well as golf. The resort hotel accommodations did not meet expectations typically offered by high priced resorts.

Very nice. However, when we talked by phone to the front desk 11/2 hours before check in, and asked what the possibility of an early check in, they indicated that might be a possibility. They told us to come to the check in desk when we arrived and they would let us know. When we did arrive 20 minutes later they said ours was the only room left to clean and they would text us as soon as it was completed. Well, come regular check in time we hadn’t been texted so we went back to the front desk to see why. They gave no explanation or apology but told us our room was ready. When we ask for the possibility of an early check in it would be better to be told “no” than to hang out in anticipation. And then to receive no explanation or apology was just an insult.

It’s a really beautiful place. Very roomy and close to off road trails. Only issue was the mattress. It was like sleeping on a box spring rather than a mattress.
