차이나타운 지역의 지저분함에 비해 호텔은 상당히 만족스러운 편이었음. 그레이하운드로 이동하기에 최적의 위치. 객실 침구는 편안하고 쾌적하며 효율적인 구조. 특히 인상적인 것은 조식.. 간단하지만 필수적 음식들로 여행의 만족도가 커졌음. 체크인 할 때 직원의 친절함이 돋보였음. 호텔의 급은 직원의 친절로 가늠함.

혼자 잠만 자기 위한 숙소로는 양호한 곳입니다. 하지만 관광하는 데 중요한 요건인 위치와 이것저것 검색하면서 조정해야 하는 여행을 하는 스타일에 꼭 필요한 무료와이파이 부분에 만족스럽지 않기에 별 3개를 주었습니다. 호텔시설-호텔 전체와 방의 시설은 불편함이 없습니다. 커피메이커도 있고, 욕실의 타월의 개수나 드라이어 성능, 비누나 샴푸도 만족스러웠으나, 컨디셔너를 제공받지 않았던 점 때문에 이틀 동안 정전기와 엉킨 머리와 싸워야 했던 점이 불편했습니다 ㅎㅎ 호텔 청결도-호텔 전체와 방 모두 훌륭했습니다. 그런데 하루는 오후까지 방에 있어야 했는데 그 날 방해금지 팻말을 걸어 놓고 나중에 하우스키핑 서비스를 받고자 했으나 시간을 안내받지도 이후 하우스키핑을 받지도 못했습니다. 호텔 조식-2층에 무료 조식이 준비되었는데, 빵, 와플, 소시지와 스크램블드에그, 시리얼과 우유, 요거트, 사과나 바나나 정도가 나왔습니다. 아쉬운 점은 샐러드 메뉴가 없었던 것 정도겠습니다. 와이파이-무료로 제공되었으나 제가 묵었던 5층 끝방에 전파신호가 너무 약해서 인터넷 검색 조차 어려울 정도였습니다. 그래서 결국 가진 데이터를 전부 소진했습니다. 위치-센터시티 주변에 시청사나 러브파크 등 걸어서 충분히 갈 만 했으나, 숙소 주변이 너무 더러운 데다 노숙자, 불량한 사람들로 분위기가 안 좋아서 밤 늦게까지 다니기가 힘들었습니다.

Low flow showers made it hard to stay warm no matter how hot the water was. Dated. Things around the room didn't work correctly. Had to be very intentional about closing the door behind you. Elevator was finnicky and made odd noises; wasn't working at one point. Kinda sketchy area. It's acceptable, but there are nicer places at a similar price within a 5-10 min walk.

A comfortable stay in a good location. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Receptionists and breakfast manager were polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was terrible so difficult. To have your room you have to battle and fill in a form??? the breakfast is cheap, as anything else. This hotel deserves less than 1 star but they charge as if were 4 stars (shame on the owner). Fortunately, the young team in the reception was helpful. I want to thank very much Iyonnah Minor who helped me and tried to find solutions for my terrible 4 nightmare stay.

The property's location is quite convenient to the attractions, however, its unsafe especially when it gets dark, especially now at 4 pm... then you either depend on uber or stuck at the hotel. The parking is $30/night.. only until check out at 11 am... definitely not worth it...

The property is in a central location, but the upkeep leaves much to be desired. Despite not being a cheap reservation, the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned, and the hotel itself was not well-maintained.
