Hi there. No elevator there and my wife and daughter stayed there. Staff said it’s in fine print on the website They had loads of luggage and staff just sat there while they lugged things upstairs. Seriously?

Great place to stay, staff was friendly and welcoming. Main lobby was immaculate and well stocked. Breakfast area was also very clean and well maintained. Room was very clean and spacious. 10/10 would recommend

Daughter ended up with norovirus
Threw up a bit and we were charged a clean up fee
I understand if that’s policy but no one told us and I told the front desk what happened
Not a word about a fee
They just charged my card

The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The property access off of the hwy was a little strange and to get to anything you had to get onto the hwy then quickly exit. The hotel was a little dated and there was no elevator at the time. The room we were in had double windows and they were not really soundproof so the hwy noise and cars were a little loud at night.
All in all the visit was good.

Clean and quiet. No elevator. We didn’t need one but it could affect other people’s stay. I’d stay here again.
