I had a great stay. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and the breakfast tasted great. Only ran into one issue with the elevator being down one night but it was fixed in the morning. Overall great stay will book this hotel again in the future!

The cleanliness and the affordable price

I enjoyed my first stay at a Springhill Suites property. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. We enjoyed the bar for a drink upon arrival from a 5 hr drive although the bartender was grouchy, however he did apologize for being rude as he was in pain. I felt bad for him. The breakfast was delish! Big variety. Although I didnt use it was nice to have a fitness center and indoor pool that others were enjoying. All was good except when coming back from dinner at 11pm the elevators were down. So my husband and I (75 yr olds) had to climb 4 flights of stairs, not fun . I asked for some discount or compensation they handed me the business card to the general manger as she wasn't there. I felt bad for this other older couple one being in walker. You'd think they'd have a freight elevator for us to use! Other than that all was good and I'd stay again.

One of my favorite Hotel. Specially the design of the suites, they are great, and we loved it. Staffs were very nice and welcoming. Great locations in Plano TX.

Sooo nice and clean. Loved the breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Outdoor sitting area was perfect for us and local family to visit. Bartender was so nice

This is my go-to hotel when i stay in plano tx. The accommodations are excellent and also the location is beyond perfect. A perfect stay for families with small children.

Super easy to get around in the Plano / Frisco area and really close to Jerry World. It’s a bargain !!

Indoor pool was great with the water temp not too cold or warm. Friendly staff, good breakfast variety. Located in a great area with nearby restaurants. Def come back with my wife and 2 boys (9 and 12 y/o)
