Not clean, bad customer service, loud, over all not good

Appreciate this property being averaged but very close to the airport. Not sure if it's the room I got but I'm sure properties like these always have even more updated room.. However...it was good enough for my 8 hour layover

Facility and staff are not at all worth the price

Everything was good the staff and the front desk was great

Good location, good room size, close to airport, cleanliness 1 start, walking areas too dirty, I have 7 days today, as nobody came to clean my room, I requested to clean my room and the black lady in the counter said, if we have time we clean tomorrow friday, if not, I have to wait upto Monday so 11 days. Staff 2 stars, the black lady never was friendly or kind with me, property conditions and facilities 3 stars, the machines in laundry room stole my money and the hotel is not the owner of the machines so, you have to call, 15 minutes with the machine on the phone and at the end, thank you for let us know the machine is broken, and my money? Around the property 1 star, too many people smoking on the parking lot, 1 big dog without latch and try to figth with another dog on the parking lot, fortunately no boys in the parking lot at that time.

The a/c needs worked on, the bathroom faucet needs fixed, no smoking I smelled smoke walking in the room.

nasty place and loud

Never stayed due to the room was already opened and dirty foot prints from front door to bathroom. Felt very unsafe. The hotel said they would return my money after showing them the pictures I took of the room. Then everytime Expedia called them they would immediately put them on hold and never pick back up. Worst experience would never go there. Very heavy smell of marijuana.

The bed did not have a bedspread or blanket, only sheets. There was no shampoo, soap, coffee maker, etc. There was a group of men hanging out under the trees outside of this unit, late into the night. The walls are very thin and someone checked in in the middle of the night and woke me up.
