They initially put me in the wrong type of room and refused to move me and told me to tell the manager the next day. The room smelled like urine and I didn’t want to take my shoes off. I was definitely not taking a shower there. My room was moved the next day and didn’t smell but the whole condition of the place was terrible. I had to leave the next day at 10pm due to a family emergency and they refused to do anything for reimbursement. When I spoke with the manager a few days later, he said that because I didn’t check out by 11am (which I couldn’t because I wasn’t aware of the family emergency situation) they could not reimburse me for any part of my stay. Because it was Purdue Family Weekend they were price gouging and I paid $475 to stay less than 24 hours in one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Exactly what I expected for a value hotel, excluding the need for renovations and updating.

The window was broken and did not close all the way leaving it exposed to the outdoor noise and temperature. The room was filthy, we even found a rodent droppings on the floor, the shower faucet came off in my hand, the sheets had a hole from a cigarette burn and the towels were stained.

Hotel needs a facelift and major renovation.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet. For short stay near Purdue it was convenient and comfortable.

Bad experience

I. Didn’t event stay. We went to another hotel after seeing the condition of the room.

Lobby was dirty, staff was not present. Lobby had no coffee, pics were not a fair representation of property

The hotel has really went downhill. The rooms have super old furnishings, the shower didn’t want to turn on, people were all over sitting in the hallways. In 2015 when I stayed it was very nice, new owners have just let it go to crap basically. Needs a total renovation. It’s a cheap place to sleep for a night I guess. They do have a full fridge and heating stove plates which is nice if u have to live there awhile. But bring all your own dishes. And u have to wash in the bathroom sink because they didn’t install a kitchen sink with the update. Carpets are clean. Beds are original old ones. Towels and bedding clean but extremely old and used. Won’t stay again. Cheap or not.

This hotel room was disgusting and filthy. The bedding was horribly stained. There was food crumbs all over the floor and chair. The was disgusting. We rented this for our son and he had bites of some kind all over him. Stay away from this hotel!!!!!

Top 5 sketchy hotel we’ve stayed at. It was unfortunate we were there for a game and everything was booked. It’s one step above sleeping in your car

Did not have a fitted sheet just a flat sheet no bar of soap no shampoo

Room stunk, dirt on the floors of the bathroom, towels were threadbare in places. Room was quite expensive for the quality but I was desperate for a safer place to stay than I had reserved. Would definitely not stay here again.

I had a room with a "stove" yet the property doesn't provide pans the "stove" top was something called induction heating so I went ahead and bought 60$ worth of pans for that type of "stove" top and funny enough it didn't work it'd just flash an error code

The staff works hard to manage a large floor plan. I have stayed multiple times - price point is acceptable ($60-85) per day. The beds are comfortable. The staff comes by when needed. The guest laundry would be better with a better laundry/dryer sheet mechanism. Internet works well. Some rooms have a burner so you cook, if you have the right equipment. It stays quiet. There is a bus stop right outside the motel. There is plenty of food options nearby. 4.5 out of 5 for the price and basic amenities.

Dirty place!! Furnitures was broken, big holes in liners, dirt everywhere.

This was one of the worst I’ve ever stayed at. The window had a large hole in it with a piece of duct tape glass over it. Random smoke detectors were beeping all down the hallways. The place felt like a “ halfway house “. The entire place needs a Deep cleaning. No amenities were available that advertised.
