Check in when super fast the guy was nice. And my room was clean.The bed was big and comfy.I did have a problem with the t.V and keeping it connected to be able to watch anything.But other than that, I'm doing my stay.It was convenient.We'll most definitely use again.

The hotel is under renovation so let hope they really step up the rooms as well. My room didn't appear to have been recently cleaned. The shower curtain definitely needs to be replaced along with the bed sheets. The door was taped together to with various pieces of cardboard. Hotel staff was very courteous.

Stay was semi clean for price. Property & surrounding is rough. Would have rating wonderful but beyond check in, the rest of the trip the staff was rude. Pounding on the doors before 9am for a “towel change” when we just got there the night before to REST. Then check out day, they started banging on the door at 9 asking us to leave. Check out is 11. They texted & asked when we would check out & I said 11, still banging on the door. Super annoying.

Bed was awesome, soooo comfortable. Very spacious in 117. Loved it in the corner under the stairs because it had no traffic of people coming by the door. Only thing it had roaches that's why I gave it the stars I did. Had to unpack outside when I got home. Bummer

My vehicle broke down on I-35. I waited three hours for a tow truck and then an hour for the Uber. I arrived about 12:30 and was confronted with an additional $50 dollar deposit. She said she would prefer cash. She reacted to my cranky by being rude. The room was okay but sparse, no amenities. It had a coffee maker but no coffee or cups. The room was agjacent to I-35 and traffic noise and the door rattling woke me up all night. After I heard from the mechanic that my vehicle woul be repaired by the next day I called the desk and asked to extend my stay. I was told that I could extend my stay but rate would go from $57 to $95. I did not want to tolerate the condition of the motel for the increase rate, checked out and sat on the curb waiting for a Lyft. The clerk came out and offered to extend my stay for $70. I refused as I had already made a reservation at the Hampton Inn. I wish I could show pictures of the condition of the room. Paste board was taped to the bottom of the door to overcome the structural deficiencies of faculty. A dresser was missing three doors. Save yourself the grrief, spend a few more dollars and get a good nights sleep at the Hampton Inn.

The room was nice except that the door was sticky and hard to open, and had duct tape across the bottom on the inside. There was a lot of highway noise and not much on the breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful.

Pros: Nice microwave and fridge Nice tv with cable and on demand Comfortable bed Reasonable price Cons: Housekeeping did not come during Fri- Sun stay; had to go get towels at desk Unimpressive breakfast items Stains all over carpet in room Bathroom door had hole from being kicked in Bathroom walls and ceiling were dirty Sofa in room was broken and dirty Door of room didn't close well Gap under door to outside Very noisy next to freeway Toilet was not bolted down to floor and moved around Hole in wall behind toilet Rooms need remodeled

I put in that there were 3 of us for 1 night stay. 2 adults 1 kid, my daughter is 12. Hotels. Come put up this hotel with a kid bed and said it was the last room super 8 had. The sight said that it was a room for 3 people. I booked. When we got the hotel the guy at front desk told me that we had to have a room with 2 beds in it. I was like, what? Then he proceeded to tell me that my daughter wasn’t a kid because she was older than 6. He made me feel as though I was doing something wrong though I answered all the questions and that’s what Hotels.com suggested. I feel as though I was being scammed.
