I reserved a king suite. The room was definitely worth the price. The problems with the facility I had were first, the jacuzzi jets didn't work in the first room I was booked in. I was moved to a room where the jets worked. I sleep with the TV on and usually watch it to go to sleep. The reception kept going in and out and actually woke me up a couple times throughout the night. The continental breakfast was pretty underwhelming as well. Your options are; cold cereal, small muffin, or a bagel. The coffee cups are also very small.

room was 43 degrees. furnace didnt work. breakfast was old bread and bad coffee...

Nice big room, comfortable to stay. Good location to stay a night before go to Omaha

Room was a bit dirty and smelled.

The bed sheets were dirty. I contacted front desk to bring clean linens to change the bed myself. The guy forgot the pillow cases, when i called again, the head staff guy said i would have to come and get them myself. I said a few words and hung up. I know he understands english because i got a knock on the door in minutes. The guy doing all the running, In his defense, he was a nice guy, not sure he spoke much english though. The pet fee was $25 and my dog was cleaner than the room because she didnt like the top comforter. Prior Navy, I've lived all over the world, been all along the I-90 corridor for 40 yrs and literally just got back from Uganda Africa and had a better experience for the money. As soon as I saw the parent company's name on the wall, I knew who i was dealing with. I should have sucked up the money and drove on, but it was already late in the evening. Shame on you Hotel.com for doing business with them.

When we checked in, there was no one in the lobby we had to find them. And then he gave us a little to know information about the hotel.

Very accommodating, but missing remote in room and no coffee in room

I reserved a king got a queen, the tv did not work. When I turned the light on in the morning there was a cockroach on the vanity.

We won't return to this hotel. The outside security door was left ajar all night. Our room door opened only about 1/3 way and then had to be scraped across the tile to open it wide enough for our luggage to squeeze through. We found a cricket in the bathroom and several worm-like creatures moving across the floor in multiple places. It appeared the room had not been cleaned at all. The corners were buggy. The fridge door was very wonky to nearly falling off and the headboard of one bed was chipped and peeling. Upkeep is not a priority here, obviously. I couldn't wait to get out of that room. The beds were comfortable, but it was impossible to get any rest for the reasons mentioned above.

Alright have stayed here several times thru the years. It is very clean on the inside and out Rooms are roomy and very clean. Fairly comfortable beds little firm.

Wished the breakfast offering was better. Donuts and cereal was the choices. Nothing healthy.

The bed was extremely hard and wrapped in plastic. The hallway smelled like dog pee. In the morning when i was getting ready to leave i was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom. Totally disgusting place

Very clean inside and out Customer service was excellent Rooms are very roomy. Awesome water pressure in shower Walking distance to the Petro truck stop Small fast food next door.

Terrible shower. Toilet didn't flush several times. No grab bars. Help from front desk seemed little slow to respond too problems. Never did get WIFI reception. Other than that, we had a great stay.

I have stayed here for years...dependable and very clean

Room was moist and smelled strongly of mold - We did not end up staying the night... I opted to drive 2 hours home instead.
