Roaches galore in room and facility clean but needs mad pest control. The hotel attendant tried to accommodate and change to different room but still had roaches. Smoking smell in non smoking rooms, stragglers, say maxi pad in hallway, and facility needs cleaning 24hrs. Came previously in 2019 was more decent than current conditions. Bed was comfortable and only highlight of stay. Went out for State Fair came back roach in bed

I have stayed at many Super 8 hotels over the years. I chose it because of the price as I was going to be there for 4 days and was planning to only be there for sleeping. Here are the good things: it was close to where my family lived and the cleaning staff were friendly. Now comes the list of bad things: there were no iron or ironing boards available. Desk staff informed me that they were getting stolen. Complimentary breakfast was basically non-filling. They did have coffee, tea, juice & an assortment of individually wrapped, bite-sized muffins that you could finish off in two bites. Definitely not something that you would take family too. It wasn't exactly pet friendly unless you count the occasional roach that wasn't paying anything towards my rental. There was a desk in all of the rooms but mine didn't have a chair to sit at so I couldn't do some of the work that I needed to do. Oh, let me not forget to mention that it was a room with double beds. Great for me and my kids except for the fact that most double beds that I have used are queen size. These were full-sized so sharing a bed unless you were spooning was not comfortable as you fought for space. Super 8, you really disappointed me this time & I don't think that I will be returning. It was a good run while it lasted but it's time to say goodbye. It wasn't you, it was me & my expectations of how it used to be. Maybe it's because I was in Raleigh, North Carolina and that's normal for there but I doubt it.

Una estrella es mucho para la mala experiencia. No pudimos dormir con el olor a marihuana y cigarro , el ascensor no funciona y tuvimos que subir 3 pisos con la maleta.. y al entrar a la habitación las chiripas caminado por las paredes, matamos 3 que estaban en el tope de la cama. Terrible lugar jamás lo recomendaría

It was very noisy in the hallway thru out the night making it very difficult to get a good nights sleep. There was no clock, TV guide, hair dryer or extra blanket in the room. We notice police present when we first got to the hotel.

I mostly like the convenience of where it's located. I'm not fussy nor flashy so it's just right for me laid back. Well the elevator broke down which really brigs the rating waaaay down for me. I'm physically disabled. Climbing stairs oh brutha, too much discomfort plus I have hips and a kaboose. The building needs an upgrade plus up to date appliances. Staff are okay ( sike)) all's good with staff. Some could use a bit of courtesy and eye contact 👀. Ms. Bena Jackson

Don't stay here.

This shouldn't be a Wyndam property at all. I've stayed at several Wyndam hotels and this one doesn't deserve to be onbthe list. The room was dirty, bathroom had a lot of blonde hair in the shower and on the floor. Room smelled horrible in addition to the smoky smell. Roaches crawling, I bought roach spray. The elevator was out of order since Wednesday and I checked out on Saturday and had a 4th floor room. Don’t waste your money. Carpet in hallways are filthy with stains and smells terrible in those hallways. Horrible experience. Sketchy area. Never again.

torn,visibly dirty carpet in hallways bathrooms, hot water good hair dryer did not work no clock- could probably buy in bulk for less than $5 entire building smelled of stale smoke except actual room (non smoking) "breakfast" - small prepackaged muffins. period. nothing else. coffee

What i didn't like about it i had mold in my room at the top of the ceiling and the elevator kept messing up
