The quality of the room was better than what I expected for the affordability of the room. The room had a fridge and microwave and other basic amenities.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Its just extremely out of date and has a lot of home repairs. A/c ran all night and was great.

Wrong description making people fool . On website it says price include breakfast but when I arrive there they mention no breakfast and at that moment I can’t cancel also because it was already checkin time if I cancel $0 will be refundable . Sorry to say but it so terrible experience. Coffee maker: Dirty Door locks : Doesn’t work Toilet door : no lock Microwave : it’s from 70’s it doesn’t heat look like somebody give it for free Bed: no comfort at all also it’s too danger because head board design its craze it can hurt someone’s head . It happen with my kid. Overall: will never stay here again

I was VERY surprised that this particular hotel needed a $150.00. Security deposit upon checking in! This really confirmed to me about how down market these minority owned or run hotels are. It made me wonder if this place was having damages or security problems. When I tried to inquire about this unique deposit request, I was rudely interrupted again and again from the owner or guy that runs the place. I never did get an intelligent answer. It proved to be best just for me to be quiet and accept the situation. The checking in process took about 10 minutes which was another puzzling head scratcher. Overall, it has soured me about continuing to support this minority group. I will now move back up the food chain so to speak.

It took 40 min to check in, dirty light switches, a hole in the carpet, the blanket in the bed had 3 large holes in it and the bed was like a springy trampoline . We went out that evening and didn't get back until 11 and even though the sign on the door said locked use your key it was unlocked. I did not feel safe. I will NEVER stay at a super 8 again! I would love a refund!!

We waited 15 mins before someone came to the desk, the room was a 100 degree and the hallway leading to the room was 115 degree, there was holes in the blankets, the bathroom had holes in the walls and was taped with masking tape, the mattress was very old, fyi if traveling with a dog get ready for a charge which nothing was said ! Would NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Charged full price and no breakfast available at 8am as advertised. Poor customer service when confronted about issues. Peter was verbally rude joking about the situation. We told him “you win the poor customer service award” he responded “yay!”

Had to wait for the room to be ready when we arrived at 4:30, checkin was supposed to be at 3. No coffee or breakfast in the morning. Key card reader on side door didn't work.
