The staff were nice and the room was fine but there was a lot of (loud) noise from other guests and being on Pico, there was also a lot of traffic noise

Our trip was abbreviated by the Palisades Fire. The night we spent there was excellent in spite of the developing situation. They were very accomodating and allowed us to cancel our remaining days without penalty. We will stay there again.

Ótimo custo/benefício!!! Café da manhã excelente( panquecas, bagel, café, sucrilhos, nutella, ovo cozido, sucos , etc). Estacionamento grátis. Poucos minutos pier.

This property was perfect for our stay in Santa Monica with regards to cost, cleanliness and staff were great. We had hired a car and so glad we did as the location of the property was not really located close to anything if you don’t have transport. With the car we had a fabulous time and this hotel was a great base.

I like the property a lot cause it’s close to the beach in Santa Monica and close to the freeway

Good place to stay, nice area

It was okay. Strong cleaning chemical smell in room and very limited breakfast options. It was fine for a couple of nights. Nothing to write home about. Friendly staff.

It’s not an 8 place, at most 6-7. It’s like an old rundown-ish motel with thin walls. Slightest street noise or neighbors walking is loudly audible. Courtyard gates are horribly crude gray painted steel doors with lock. It is very disturbing.It gives an impression at least it did to me and my daughter that you are in a dangerous neighborhood.

Room wasn’t ready so they upgraded to first floor corner room. Bottom and side of door not sealed and cold air coming into room. Closet smelled bad.

It was very nice, nothing exceptional but comfortable. We appreciate turning our king bedroom in to two double beds at the last “minute” too.

Reception staff made my day when they checked me in smoothly even when i arrived a day late due to delayed flight. The cleaning staffs was on time everyday and make the room clean and tidy as it was when checked in. The breakfast was nice. Overall a very pleasant and wonderful stay.

Pros: The location is good- 10 minutes drive to Santa Monica beach and 15 to 30 minutes drive LAX. It’s easy to check in. Parking is easy and convenient. Cons: The room is very small. There are no microwave and fridge in the room. There is no fountain water available.

The location is very convenient, very close to downtown Santa Monica and about 12 miles to L.A. downtown. The property is not bad but needs update.
