Swiss Cottage Inn

First af all, everything wasn't really bad as this price. But, there are few things I'm disappointed. 1. Wi-fi: signal was very LOW (like always). 2. Service: The Owner was VERY polite, friendly, and make me feel comfortable. But, they don't provide NO tooth brush, tooth paste, and no extra towels. 3. Size of room was ok, but compare between pictures from website, room space is very tight.

12만원 남짓 가격. 그냥 아무생각없이 잠만 자다 오기에 적당한 호텔. 그리 나쁘지는 않았으나 와이파이가 안된다는게 가장 큰 단점. 기존 계정은 안된다고 해서 주인의개인 와이파이 비번을 받았으나 가장 구석에 있는 9번인가 11번인가에서는 안잡힘. 그냥 무난...참고하세요~ Just a suitable hotel to stay without what you want. Although WiFi is so bad that it should not biggest drawback.

The room was extremely small, dirty carpet, no cable TV, poor AC, one lightbulb in bedroom, no place to put soap in the shower other than the floor. We don’t recommend this hotel even at $112.

When i got there there was a phone# on door to call i called an no one answered so i had to get another hotel that night La quinta

There were ants in the bed. The cable didn't work and there was not a remote. There was not a thermostat to adjust the heat. The AC unit didn't work. The neighbors were noisy. The walls were very thin. You could hear the neighbors while conversation. We could not get ice after hours since the office door was locked. But hey minus the ants the bed was comfy.

I opened the room. It was hot, water was running, went to ask the front desk about switching as there was no way to turn the heat off they shut the lights off. Still waiting on a refund because I did not stay. The conditions were unlivable.

It was a low budget stay, which I didn't expect much as my budget was low due to staying out of town for new job. Accommodations were what I was expecting, small room(perfect for 2 & no more) with bathroom, night stand, desk & tv w/dresser. No fridge, phone, coffee pot, microwave & no breakfast/coffee service. Would stay here again but not long term as eating out would be costly.

The TV, fridge, and microwave were not usable because the outlet they were connected to was not working. I didn't inquire about a resolution because I was tired and ready for bed. Everything else in the room met expectations.

This is an older property with a dirty carpet. No fridge, no thermostat.

Place was ran down

There was no one in the office when I tried to check-in. The office was locked. I was out in -18 degree Celsius for 15 minutes. A kind client in another room had to call the manager to help me.

At first it seemed to be a run down place, but after dark the place is brightly lit. No cable but soon as I asked I was given a RUKU box n remote, kinda shabby sheik place…. If your picky for the money then move on.

Staff was very accommodating. We checked in a little after ten. After that the office was difficult to find someone to talk with; would not answer the phone. With that being said I would stay there again.

Simple plain small room. It's cheap. If you're judging this room against a chain for much more you're not paying attention. This is a cheap place to sleep.

No t.v shower leaked all over bedroom

Small and dirty. Very loud visitors all night. No cable. Only one towel for four people. Paid 150$ on Expedia and they only charge 60$ per their sign.

Room #19, the carpet was very dirty & filthy, it reaped of cigarettes, which I believed came from vents, bare room window, no curtains, and old dirty chairs. It was the worst condition ever experienced. I will never ever reserve a stay at the Swiss Cottage Inn. Just not acceptable for the price paid, very poor conditions. I had booked a 2 night stay, stayed first night but conditions made it impossible to stay another night there. I left very unhappy.

It was nice and and nice price. The employee greeted me by name and was very nice.
