Updated room and bathroom. Property a little dated but not unclean. Staff very friendly! Would stay again.

Hotel is very poor . The bed is really firm very uncomfortable. The balcony is shared among 5 rooms horrendous it make you feel unsafe. My the mirror was broken very unsafe. Location for downtown ok. Next to an empty building with a few homeless people on the porch..I do not recommend this hotel. Staff not welcoming. Parking very limited.

We really enjoyed our stay. I only gave 3 stars for property maintenance because the door frame in the bathroom was rotted away at the bottom, the blinds in the bathroom didn't go down all the way and I felt like everyone could see me in the shower and there were holes in the ceiling. Otherwise, it was VERY clean and the staff was really nice. The seating areas and patio are super cute..the location is terrific. Definitely will stay again!

From the parking lot to the lobby, it was a bit sketchy. The room is nicer but still needs maintenance. Paint patches on the wall, dried gunk or poor caulking job around the shower drain... Yuck. Not much insulation from the outside as I could hear traffic and car radios all night. Besides that, a comfortable bed, bedding and pillows. Excellent towels and water pressure in the shower. Just a mixed bag ..

Took awhile for someone to come to the front desk. TV didn't work. WIFI didn't work. Won't return.

I booked this to stay 1 night. Navigation to property was terrible. Building was Old. They offer coffee pods and creamer but no coffee maker, Has mini Fridge but no microwave. Stains on carpet, room smelled dirty. Door jams to try to lock, view is of parking lot. No lake view. Did not feel safe so I did not stay even 10 minutes, ended up looking for different hotel.This place overcharges for what you get. The girl at the desk said they were still going to charge my credit card for deposit and a full night stay and she had no control over that and doubted I can get a refund. I would not recommend this place.

Very good!

First off the TV did not work and I did not get reimbursed for it second off. They called me at 11:30 saying my payment didn’t go through for some reason I had just got a medical procedure done and I did not wanna be woken nor did I want to go to bed without a TV just make me relax The stay was horrible. I would never recommend this place ever to nobody.

We have stayed at this hotel for Thanksgiving for several years. Since last year, it looks like they've replaced all the furniture, flooring, tiles, paint and bathrooms. The place looks incredible! Also, unlike other visits, there was a least one person at the front desk every time we walked by.

I enjoyed my stay

I stay here often and always please, this night after going out on the town, I wanted to stay somewhere and not drive. It was a Tuesday, no events in town and I was told only one room left @182.00. It's 2:00 and I didnt want to chance leaving the property and getting pulled over, so I booked the room. The room was so out dated that my boyfriend couldn't use any of the outlets to charge our phones, the plugs were all too loose. It upset my boyfriend so when i was walking him out to leave, it was assumed I was checking out. So when my ride showed up after driving an hour to get me, the front desk said I checked out hours ago and sent him away. I go downstairs to let my friend in and the front desk already went out and granted him access to come up to my room. Totally unprofessional, total rip off. Usually leave here happy and can't wait to return. After nothing was done when I did complain, I doubt I'll be back.

The employees were great who were obviously trying their best with what they have to work with. The building was just poorly maintained. The photos are out of date. There was not only a smell in the room but the entire building smelled of wet mildew or something. The room had a hole in the wall they tried to patch with some sort of duct tape or something. There was rust stains everywhere and just in general the building was just poorly maintained and in need of major renovation. The location was great though, walkable to the park and lake, restaurants and downtown. Wouldn’t stay here again though; the place was clearly cleaned to its best but didn’t give us the feeling of cleanliness if that makes sense.

Really cute place directly across from Eola Lake and park. So convenient and close to many restaurants. The area felt very safe. Glad the Christmas lights were up for my 3 year old granddaughter.

Older remodeled hotel. Very nice place. Great location on Lake Eola. Great for walking around downtown and lake front. Restaurants and bars very close. Really good place.
