Just great!! Somebody felt it is too far from city center..but for me, It was great charming point. Just 20min. walk is enough to reach most attraction. Otherwise, best of best!!

I don't write a lot of reviews but this place was so wonderful I had to. We travel a LOT and this was one of the nicest, friendliest places we ever stayed in. We stayed here for a few nights before Christmas and it was like a holiday in post card. Beautiful. The morning breakfast, evening drink and hors d'oeuvres, and night time deserts made the stay especially memorable as it provided time to meet and get to know the other guests. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Several of the other guests mentioned they were return visitors and had a consistent experience each time they stayed. We didn't want to leave and can't wait to go back. Thank you, Gastonian - You made our Christmas Wonderful!

This property is tastefully decorated and so comfortable. The room was very spacious. Staff was absolutely outstanding and always attentive. I highly recommend the Gastonian!! We will return.

Very disappointed, won't come back.
Service:
I asked for my room to be serviced while I was out for the day. When I came back I noticed that the bed was made, but with the same dirty sheets. She sheets had been soiled with obvious brown stains and the housekeeper didn't change them.
Room:
Nowhere to work. For me this killed the room. The room is spacious and has a nice bathroom, but no desk or table to work. No where to enjoy some food. The room needs a desk or perhaps a small table.
I will a shout out to the front of houses who were great.
But overall, at least for me, no joy for The Gastonian.

Spent one night here en route to Florida on a road trip but I wish we could’ve stayed a few more days. Beautiful property and friendly staff. Room was quiet & comfortable. Very happy with our choice to stay here

Breakfast was yummy. Every late afternoon the hotel had a happy hour with wine and appetizers which were delicious! Every evening they provided a sweet treat! It doesn’t get better than that!

Everything about our stay was first class. The southern hospitality was over the top. Accommodated an early breakfast for us in order to make an early flight. Could not have expected any better .

The staff were all wonderful and went out of their way to make it a great stay. The food served was always superb.The only down side if you can call it one, was the fan in the bathroom in the room we stayed in was not working. Other than that, excellent. We will definitely recommend and stay again.

What a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful and truly aimed for the best experience possible. The Gastonian was the perfect authentic Savannah experience. Amazing location, fabulous staff and delicious food. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this Inn.

The best place to stay. Convenient location, 5 star staff and beautiful bed and breakfast. Really enjoyed breakfast, 5 pm happy hour with awesome appetizers and wine along with dessert and wine at 8 pm.
Would definitely return and stay longer. Thanks!
